If I could give this product 10 stars, I would. I have a 10 year old boxer mix that has had chronic UTI’s for the last 2 years. Antibiotics would clear it up, we would be ok for a few weeks, then the leaking would start or he would have blood in his urine and we were back on antibiotics. Thankfully, everything extremely serious has been ruled out, but that left us with no answers and no other options other than reactively treating with antibiotics every other month, or playing offense and finding a preventative solution. I tried another brand of cranberry supplements that seemed to work ok for a few days, but another severe UTI happened. And I’m talking SEVERE. So I did some more digging on Amazon and the reviews on these gave me hope. I just so happened to get these when another leaking episode began, so I double up his dose for the first 2 days and like magic, the leaking stopped. We have officially been UTI free for over 2 months now, except for the weekend that we had to board my dogs and my husband accidentally took the wrong supplements for them to administer to my dog. After a 4 day stay, he came back leaking again, so we once-again doubled up on his dosage of these chews for 2 days, and the issue was resolved. Not only does it work, but my dog loves the flavor so I can just toss it in his bowl in his morning feeding and he eats it. No wrestling a pill down his throat or trying to hide meds in cheese. I cannot begin to tell you what an absolute relief this product has become in our life. If you’re hesitant to try it and you have a story similar to mine, this is your sign to pull the trigger.

Okay this product COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations. I’ve never dealt with doggie UTI’s before. My Kai bear has an accident right on my bed which hasn’t happened in over 5 years so I knew she couldn’t have helped it. I saw blood in her pee and I freaked out.My first instinct was to run to the ER. I was told it’d be a few hundred just to see her without any treatment or X-rays and that it would be about a 3 hour wait. Thankfully instead of running here I ran to Amazon shortly after finding that uti’s in dogs are very common. Shipping was incredible as I was able to get it within hours of my purchase so I decided to give it until the next morning to see if she got any better and if not, we’d head straight to the ER.I woke up the next morning and immediately started getting dressed to head out with babygirl to the er until I took her diaper off and noticed that she was not only able to hold it through the night(short night because we were in and out of the house all night out of paranoia), but that there was very very minimal blood! This was after about 8 hours after the meds. I waited a few hours and gave her another dosage and within maybe 2 hours her urine was completely clear.I love that this is formulated by vets, the results definitely show.Thank you thank you thank you!!Absolutely amazing product.!!Warning!!!Yes the reviews are correct, the taste is just plain not good. Not going to sugar coat that, but I don’t agree with everyone taking off stars just for taste when all you have to do is get creative with how you serve it. Throw it in the food, mix it in some pumpkin purée which is great for gut health especially during uti’s, mix it with a teaspoon of peaunt butter ect. This supplement definite does what they created it for!

Our dog is a miniature male poodle 3yrs old and was experiencing problems and began to pee in the house. He only did that when we were training him as a pup so we knew something was wrong. We couldn’t afford at the time a huge vet bill so we decided to look into the homeopathic options if any. There are many. This product just kept coming back up in conversations and other reviews so we though we’d give it a shot. We have it to our dog (Berlin) as instructed (disclaimer: we were also giving him Uva Ursi in conjunction which was recommended). This was a very terrible bladder infection and some are very difficult to nip. After him being on this regimen for 3 weeks he stopped wetting in the house and the blood disappeared from his urine. Whew! However we were still scared that it may be temporary an knee it could fare back up. We read it was possible it could be bladder stones and that really scared us so we wanted to be sure it wasn’t something mire serious. Ultimately it was bladder stones which caused the UTI (blood in urine along w/ having no control over his urinating indoors and pain). Our vet found this in an X-ray. There are two types (one bad and one really bad). She recommended a special food. He began that diet and eventually his stones were resolved. In the end I still have to say that this worked for the UTI in the beginning but it was still very important that we took him to the vet anyway. So all in all I stand by this product for UTI’s but if it’s something worse it’s going to take a medicinal food or surgery. I’m glad he had the dissolvable stones rather than the surgery type. I’m glad as well that this treat MAX Cranberry for dogs worked for his infection.
