Using it for my almost 1 year kitten. Very sturdy and went perfect in his enclosure. I’d say it was an easy installation and it is a bit tight when trying to pull the bowl out but I don’t mind since that means the bowl will be staying in place the whole time :)

Good quality. Somewhat easy to install. The holder is very sturdy for the bowl. I don't remove the bowl. My dog always drinks all of the water while in the crate. The bowl holds about 2 1/2 cups. To clean it, I wouldn't remove the bowl. I'd wipe it down. It is held very tightly. I am so glad to have solved this thirsty problem very easily.

Great bowls! Only complaint is that the stickers were extremely hard to get off! Tried everything eventually they came off but it should not have taken this long! I love the fact that by dogs can’t move the bowls around and make a mess! Would recommend!

This is a good sized bowl and seems like it will be sturdy on the side of the crate, but... why put a sticker that's hard to get off in the bottom of the bowl?

It attaches well to the cage and it's hard for the dog to remove. Good product.

I never leave reviews but after reading so many reviews rating this down about the hard-to-remove stickers I want to just say this product is an excellent purchase. To remove the stickers - use a hair dryer or some other dry heat source to heat up the labels and they will just peel off without leaving any residue.I used my hair dryer on the high setting for about 10 seconds to loosen the glue and the two labels came off without any issues. Thanks to all the other reviews who recommended this!I've been looking for a sturdy mounted water bowl for our 6 month old border collie's crate that would be easy to clean and this has been perfect. It has already made our lives so much easier! I got the 4fl cups/1qt size and it's everything we need for inside the crate. Our puppy likes to play with water and the bottom of his crate was always wet. We tried getting heavy bowls for his crate (he still managed to flip them over!) and limiting how much water he had in there at a time so he couldn't splash or spill too much but nothing worked. We ended up removing water from his crate most of the time because he was always wet (please note he is a spoilt, well cared for boy and always has fresh water freely available outside his crate or whenever we needed to leave him in his crate for longer than a puppy nap).I attached this bowl to his crate door at head-height so he can easily drink from it but can't get his paws into it(!!). Being attached to the outward opening crate door, it's very easy to fill up and remove to clean. We leave his crate door open when he's free in the house so he can drink from it both when he's in and out of his crate. We now only need this water bowl in the kitchen where his crate is located and I don't need to mop up spills there multiple times a day.One thing I will note is the metal frame was very tight when it arrived and it was difficult to remove the bowl without using a lot of force. I gently pulled the metal frame slightly wider and now it's perfect - it still holds the bowl firmly in place so puppy can't move it but I can now remove it easily and without spilling any water. The price was good and actually cheaper than most dog bowls available in stores in Australia.

I've over the years had many of these for various different animals. I've used them in my dog/cat crates and or kennels.I have some really rowdy dogs so when I'm gone they get into mischief, I'll put them in their kennels with food and water using these dishes so they are still happy with me when I get home and I'm of course still happy my house is in tact.Just so everyone who hasn't used them is fully aware:They can be hard to pull out of their slot, never try to do it with water in them it will slosh all over you or the floor. Wait till the water is empty then pull it out because it is really a hard tug. This makes them very secure however not allowing your dog/cat to jump on them slap with the paws and knock them out of the holder. They can get to where they lean down a tad, not much just enough to say hmm they are not level anymore. That's generally from the dog resting their chin while eating, drinking etc and if you lower it a bit that tends to not happen so much. They are very sturdy keeping in mind what I said above about them tending to lean if your dog puts a lot of weight on them.I've never had any issues they work great, I can get two on the door area for easy filling and removing. They are easy to clean once you get them out.Over all if you are looking for a dish system for your dog or cats crate or kennel this will do the trick!

Facile à installer sur une cage. Ne bouge pas. Je suis satisfait. Pour enlever facilement l’étiquette, un coup de sèche cheveux juste avant, ensuite, elle s’enlève très facilement 😉

I've got a Portuguese Water Dog mix puppy and she's a terror around water bowls. She's just got to try to swim in every single one. If she doesn't fit? Well then it's time to dig in the water dish until it flips and sends a wave of water across the floor for her to roll in. This is tremendous fun for her, but not so much for the humans in the house. She's trained now to leave the household bowl alone, but when she's home alone in a kennel with water, all bets are off. That bowl just became the best playground ever and once spilled would leave a cold, wet dog dying of thirst by the time I got home. Not ok.I've gone through several brands of water dishes that can attach to a crate wall in an effort to keep water in bowls and off the floor at my house. This is the only bowl I've found that my now 60-pound ball of fur can't knock or break off the wall. We've been using it now for over 6 months and it's only come down once. Given that she'd been in her crate for a bit longer than normal and we had a huge storm, I don't think I can fault the bowl for that one! She still tries to dig in the bowl from time-to-time, but even a huge dog paw smashing about the bowl isn't enough to knock it loose.Things to be aware of though:* The bowl cannot be installed or removed when there is water in it. The bowl snaps in with such a force that doing so spills all over. This is inconvenient if you want to clean out the bowl but your pet hasn't emptied it yet.* If your pet dislodged the bowl, the mounting prongs, though rounded, could present a hazard.* While the BOWL is stainless steel, the mounting bracket isn't. It's some sort of metal coated in black. And the metal under the coating can rust. Pressing the bowl in and out of the bracket to remove and clean it wears on this black coating. When I take my bowl out to clean it, I often find a small bit of rust on the outside of the bowl where it touches the mounting brackets. The rust washes right off the bowl with just a kitchen sponge. However, I expect that within a couple years I'll have to replace the bowl mounting bracket. But a few years lifespan for the only bowl I've found that'll stay full of water instead of all over the dog's kennel is just fine with me!For what it's worth, I have the 1 quart size bowl which is rather small for my dog. I have to refill a couple times a day usually, but the smaller bowl gives her less area to try to stand in it. I have mounted it as high as possible in her kennel where she can drink comfortably but where she struggles to get a foot up and into the bowl. I've also mounted it an inch or two from the corner so she's less likely to hit it when she charges into her kennel at lightening speed.Trouble puppies call for great solutions, and this bowl is definitely one of the best I've ever found. And it's certainly the best crate bowl I've ever seen.
