Last year I moved equipment to a new server room. I don't like to reuse old rack screws, so I installed everything with two new 500-pack containers of Middle Atlantic HP500 rack screws. Many of the screw heads now have noticeable rust after less than a year in service. This is a conditioned location maintained at a constant temperature with no moisture nor excessive humidity present. I was happy with the screws when I put them in, but now they look terrible and I have to change every last one of them. Not recommended.

Garner Supply is false advertising this product with an inaccurate photo for the HP500 screws.I purchased the screws based upon the photo depicting the screw head shape in the description along with the measurements. The measurements were accurate, the photo is in accurate. I needed to match the current screws I am using on a project. Garner was willing to accept my unused product return but didn’t refund the entire amount. $38.09 was withheld for a restocking fee- even though I placed a second order to purchase the correct model HW500 and was responsible for the return postage which was $11.80.The photo should be updated as the contents depicted are not accurate.
