The merchandise comes with less accessories that promised in the pictures.Sprayer nozzle drops off easily leaving it unusable.The poor quality plastic handle broke in just 3 months

First the top trigger broke which sprays from the bottle. And then the place where you insert the bottle broke. It's cheap plastic toy that doesn't last long.

Pros:Works as advertised - Good!Cons:Today, when I checked the order listing page on Amazon, I found that I had ordered something else. The microfiber cloth that came with this product is very thin - needs cleaning very frequently while the advertised images contains a very good quality one.I felt that I was scammed because the one received matched another product description for Rs. 499 and I had to pay 1499 for this. But, cannot complain now because I had already started using it and I had received this, a week back.

Spray doesn't work well. Trigger gets loose and stops spraying frequently. Not worth the price.

I've used this mop/sweeper for about a month. It does a fine job for daily mopping.Pros:I appreciate being able to fill it with whatever floor cleaner I want. It's easy to fill. It's easy to maneuver, and the pads it comes with are fine. I use the one with more floof around the edges for sweeping and the shorter pile ones from mopping. Of course it's nice that these are washable and I don't have to keep buying new ones. It sprays nicely, and it's easy to adjust if I want a wider spray or a smaller more direct spray just by changing the angle I hold the handle.Cons:Overall this will be fine for me to mop with, but there are some things that bug me about it and I'll have to buy a different one for sweeping. Although the fluid chamber seems to snap in well to its base, it leaks just a bit when I try to sweep. Obviously when sweeping I want the floor dry, but it drips a small bit and gets it a bit wet every few feet which is very frustrating. When I'm mopping I don't notice this at all and it's no problem. I'm a little concerned about the durability of the handle. It's doing okay for now but when I need to scrub an area a bit more I feel like the join might get weaker over time. Hopefully it'll last a while at least. Although the pads are fine, I sincerely miss the rougher scrubby pad on the short end of another brand with disposable pads. That one was so easy to flip and scrub a hard spot, but that's not available on this one. This does have a small little scrubby brush about the size of the end of your finger with a tiny little flat plastic end for scraping that snaps onto the handle. I end up using this quite a bit because I don't have that rougher scrubby pad and I don't mop religiously. That little tool works okay but it's really irritating to have to pull it off so often and then bend over to scrub or scrape. It's also very small and doesn't feel very strong. This lack of a scrubby pad is also important because the lack of strength in the handle might not be such a problem if I didn't feel like I had to put so much pressure into scrubbing the tough areas.

I know what I'm about to say is a good inclination that Ive definitely exited my youth and into responsible adult hood, but I am obsessed with this mop. I have fought the good, hard mop fight for years now. Between shark mops that break and cords galore, oh the cords galore. The mop struggle is real. Ive been truely blessed by this purchase. 3 pieces that snap together, put any cleaner you want, its got a trigger like a spray bottle, extra cleaning pads. You arent breaking your back pushing on telhe mop to scrub. YOU NEED THIS. Stop looking and buy it. Buy an extra one too so you'll never relive the old days and remember what life was like without this mop.

I wanted something easy for fast clean ups. Having 4 kids, floor is always a mess. I filled it with water and vinegar and just leave it in corner of mudroom. I clean the pad every couple of days. I do it by hand when I am doing dishes or throw it in with a load of towels. I rinse out the water and vinegar compartment so it stays fresh.....but can go as long as a week and it is fine. Directions recommend removing it with each use, but not needed if you keep an eye on water being fresh. It is one of my top favorite cleaning items ever---and my house is a circus.

I really like this mop. My last brand name mop was good until it broke in 4 months. The quality of this mop is so much more substantial with an extra tool for scrapping hard spots. The mop itself is very thick. I gave it lower points because I had trouble separating the filler bottle from the mop. One reviewed had the same problem, but they said to pull really hard. That worked. Once assembled it was great. Other reviewers said it broke after a few months. Given this is half the price of the "brand" mop, I'll just calculate that into the product. At this point I would get it again.

I love, love, love this mop! I make my own cleaner, put it in the bottle, and it sprays it with a simple squeeze of the trigger. The pads are fabulous! I can clean so much with them and they are washable!!! This mop is relatively simple to put together. Directions are on the side of the box. The attachment to help scrub hard stains is really nice! Very helpful!

I have been using Swiffer WetJet for the last 4 years because the builders of our home recommended it on our "luxury vinyl tile" aka laminate. We just got a puppy a few months back and I need to mop the downstairs floor every day but as you might know, the wet jet supplies are not cheap. One bottle of the liquid that smells so good costs $5.00. If you ,mop every day, even if it isn't that many square feet, you quickly run out of supplies and have to put on your mask (heinous thing) and go buy more. With this mop, I can use my own cleaner and water and mop everyday without worrying about taking out a second mortgage on the house. I like my floors clean and puppies create a boat load of mess (if you get my drift). Even the potty trained ones carry in lots of dirt. Now I have clean floors and no second mortgage.
