I've used pulse oximeters before, and most of them do not register when my fingers are cold. This one works! It's accurate and sensitive.

It was reasonably priced. It comes with a small carrying case and lanyard. Most of all though, it really works. The small screen is easy to read and the direction of the readout can be shifted for easier reading. I was given a similar unit to use at home after being sent home from the hospital. This Mibest unit works just as well (if not better) than the expensive unit Kaiser let me use for a few weeks. It seems that there are hundreds of competitor units, but the Mibest one is "a keeper".

I bought this 4 years ago, and it is still working well. Its readings compare well to the ones taken with professional equipment in my doctor's office. Easy to read. I especially appreciate the rotatable display.Very happy with this purchase. I just ordered another one to keep in the car for travel.

My husband has to use his several times a day. His health depends on the accuracy. His old one stopped working so I jumped on Amazon and ordered a new one. It was shipped fast and it works perfectly! I'm going to order another one to have as a backup! Great price as well.

I love this Meter. It has 6 different positions, it’s very accurate because I checked it with my more expensive one. If you need one of these, after much research this one is the best for us.Don’t hesitate, it’s very easy to use! We love it.

The price is reasonable, and it has several good options on the display. Unlike the first one we had (that the puppy chewed up) this one you have to press a button to get the numbers to turn upright. (Our previous one switched itself so the top of the numbers was always up -- no button presses needed -- the display changed based on the orientation of the unit.)This one has good options including the graph showing the pulses over time. Makes it easy to see when there's an irregularity or when the sensor is having trouble reading. Quite legible. I think I would have given it five stars if it was as nice as the older one. But Amazon doesn't even LIST the old one anymore.

Make sure you really need and want this device.Make sure it does the stuff you hope it will do.Because sorting out how to return has taken me 5 hours and £20 in postage and fuel

Item ordered on 23rd, received on 30th. Satisfied with delivery speed. However packing can be better as item was packed loosely in a big box, free to bounce freely inside might damage the electrical goods. Tried first time seems good quality product and hopefully will last. Product is as advertised.
