This is a quality, well-built tool that worked like a charm! I had a central AC condenser with a leaking valve core.A helpful tip: Please practice seating the replacement valve core into the tool first to understand how it feels and holds. You'll want to eliminate any potential for the valve core to fall off during the process. The "fork" on the end of the removal tool might need to be spread or snugged up SLIGHTLY to hold the core tight - if needed, use a pair of pliers to GENTLY make this adjustment. The modification is so minor you won't see a visible difference, but you'll definitely feel it when inserting the valve core.Once you're comfortable with fitting the tool properly, you'll need to fit the removal tool to the leaking valve core just as you practiced with the new one. When confident it's holding snuggly, reassemble the tool and you're ready to begin your repair.Peace of mind achieved!
