These adapters are a great idea. Unfortunately, this set has too many issues. The charging is slow and intermittent. You may be better off looking at alternatives among Amazon's vast selection of excellent offerings. I will update this review if needed based on further experience.

I only have a few Apple devices left that have lighting connectors and it seems all of my lighting cables are failing and not working anymore to charge them. However, we have a great amount of USB-C cables. These adapters work awesomely. They convert the USB-C connector to Lighting so that we can charge our older Apple devices with the same cord. The connector goes on easily, and fits in easily even thru our protective cases. It seems to be built well as well.

The connection is great. And it is convenient to have these adapters around. It is getting harder and harder to find a Lightning cord. It claims to be fast charging but isn't as fast as I have experienced with lightning cords without the adapter.

These adapters are a nice way to avoid buying a bunch of lightning cables on top of your standard USB-C cables, they allow you to just keep using your USB-C cables and when you need the lightning connector you can just easily put it in place and you are good to go.The connectors fit nicely on the USB-C tip and also on the lightning connector, no complains about them, giving them 5 stars.

I use Android portable devices, while my significant other uses Apple devices. With these adapters, we can avoid taking separate cables for her gadgets and pack only type C charging cables and this tiny adapter. They function fine with each of the chargers I have, including the 128W PD charger, though the power throughput seems to be limited to 15 W. The web description says, "Please note this usb-c to lightning adapter supports fast charging but does NOT compatible with PD(power delivery) chargers, but support any USB-C cable/adapter at 1.8-2.2A 15W Fast charging rate and data transmission") The adapter did work with my PD charger. They may mean that it is compatible, but cannot charge at a higher rate.Note the tip on the order of connecting the adapter and cable to the charger and device being charged. See the photo of a card included with the adapters. The price seems very reasonable for four adapters. I'll put one in the car for friends who have Apple devices.

Half of my families devices charge with USB-C and the other half charge with lightning connector. Invariable theres always someone who need’s to charge something, but only the wrong cord is available. We’ll now every cord in the house can be either USB-C or Lightning! Quality of life has gone up greatly because of that! The only thing I don’t love about them is that the adapter itself can easily slip out if the silicon/rubber tether that attaches it to the cable. So it can be easy to loose them. In going to see if I can use a dab of glue to hold them in place.

I have had so many lightning plug requiring devices that when USB-C became the defacto standard I started hearing every lightning plug I could get. And of course over time all of the new chargers, phones, computers, and tablets all need USB-C. It's a mess sorting through cables.I remember a time (just a few years back) when we had lightning plus and USB mini cords. It was a mess. So I get the whole "USB-C thing" but the lightning plug was the best idea ever. The connector is far more resistant to damage than USB-C, but that ship has sailed. So we need these — and we need "lighting --> to --> USB-C connectors. I like that these come with little straps to hold them when not in use. I have to normally keep my adapters (of various kinds) in a small zipper bag. BUT DO THESE WORK? Yes. They are a necessary annoyance thanks too the overlords of technology not getting along, but as one who has spent far too much money on Apple products already, it is nice to get some Apple adapters that are not overpriced.
