1. Metatarsal Pads Size 2.75-2.4 inch and 1/4 inch Thick, and made with premium wool felt. Please attention to the size and whether you are adapt to wool when purchasing.

I am experimenting with applying these on different pressure points & cut them in half sometimes. After my long distance walks, I can remove and reuse them at least once because the adhesive works well. Very pleased with this product.

Great price! These foot pads are very difficult to find! The orthopedic doctor recommended that I use this foot pad for my shoe. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase more from the doctor's office.Very pleased with my purchase!

These pads are truly good. They're soft and true to size. Adhesive is strong and as shoe inserts, I walk with extreme comfort. I have them in my gym shoes, slippers, at home, and on my food while wearing sandals. I feel my feet are cared for!

I can't believe how much this simple little product did for my feet. I had a pinched nerve between my metatarsals causing a lot of pain in the ball of my foot. I had to limp around to try to avoid putting weight on the nerve. This was a big issue as i am on my feet walking around all day for work. The pads took the pressure off this area of my foot so it could rest untill it was healed. Pinched nerve aside, the pads also just help my feet feel more comfortable with all the walking around on hard ground i have to do. You just stick them right to your feet under your socks. They stick on really good and can even be re-stuck quite a few times. They are disposable so they won't last forever, but i got a few wears out of each pad before switching to a fresh one. And for how many you get in a pack for the price I'd say it's we'll worth it. Good quality little pads, would definately recommend! They really saved the day for me.

The ones the podiatrist has are much thinner and easier to walk on. These may work better for some people, depending on what you need, but be aware they're at least twice as thick as the ones you may have been sent home with.

I purchased these pads to diminish my pain caused by metatarsalgia. Unfortunately, these pads are too thick and is causing more pain on the inflamed region. I tried putting the pads underneath the sole of my shoe, on top of it and directly on my skin. But none of these positions helped.
