I ordered several different small handles for my Craftsman lathe. It's a 12x36 made in 1967 and one of the press in handles is loose and falls out while using it. No replacements are available so I knew I'd have to drill and tap a hole for it. This was the one that worked the best.

The handle is only about two and a half inches long, when you tighten up the nut which is not a lock nut, it keeps the handle from turning. There's no bushing inside it. Absolute piece of junk. Awful design, just pawning it off on people that need something and they make it look good in the ad. Very disappointed

Unfortunately, the plastic melted next to a heat source. Thought this product would hold up better than it did. However, the product arrived on time and was as advertised. Will need to find an alternative solution for my needs.
