After I first time use, I noticed cracks foaming in the crucible. By the second use , it cracked completely, spilling molten metal everywhere. It ruined the furnace and made a huge mess. I’m really disappointed.

I would urge caution with this item unless you are a seasoned smelter. That said, it has everything that a person needs to smelt, depending on whether you want to melt copper or gold. This is the set up that you need.
