Very pleased with this shelf. My kiddo has gobs of metals and trophies. The shelf itself is not super large so only a couple of the smaller trophies will fit. But it's nice to be able to hang up the metals instead of keeping them in a pile. I like the look and feel of the materials. The metal is thin but does not feel weak. We've been looking for this kind of shelf for awhile and like this one.

The hooks and shelf are sturdy and well-made. It loks very attractive on the wall and holds tons of medals.It is however, a two-piece unit with the shelf being separate from the hooks. It's also only got two holes for mounting - one in either corner.Because of this, I didn't trust the mounting hardware that is provided and instead used some heavy duty wall anchors from the hardware store.The provided hardware might be OK, but if you plan to put anything that has a good heft to it on the shelf portion, I'd upgrade the hardware.

This shelf was extremely easy to install. You just need to put a level on the shelf, mark the mounting holes, install the provided anchor, screw the shelf and medal hanger on, and you are good to go. It's not quite 16 inches but really close. The shelf does have a lip on it to prevent items from slipping off. It is made of metal so it is capable of holding some heavy items.

For the price and ease of set up you can’t beat it. This is made of metal and is a matte black finish which is perfect for our kids room and will be easy to coordinate into any room style as he grows up. The medals and ribbons are easily put on and displayed plus storage seems to be abundant given the layout of the display. Instillation was very simple and we liked that the shelf could be separated from the main display. Our boy hasn’t hit an age where they hand out trophy’s for his sport but we ended up putting a picture up there for now.

Wow, I’m actually surprised how good the quality is! I was expecting a cheaper, lighter product.PROS:-great & stylish way to hang your medals-seems very sturdy quality metal-I believe it’s powder coated metal which means no worrying about color because it can’t chip off like painted items-comes with the needed screws-optional shelf for trophies or anything else you want!-dark charcoal like-black color matches anything-plenty of hooks for marathon or other type of medals-“never give up” quote is so motivating and a nice extra touch =)CONS:-I wish it came in more colors so you can match more themes (like white, pink, blue, etc for kids rooms)-the medals will overlap when hung so you won’t be able to see the necklace part of the medal so that’s a bummer if you want to show that part off on all of themIf you’re okay with the color & the medals overlapping, and want a cool way to hang your marathon medals, I think you’ll like this! I got this through the vine program, but if I was looking for an item like this, I’d definitely buy this!! 😊 I don’t know where my medals are so here are some photos of them out of the box. I’ll update if I get them out to hang! =) 😊

It came a day earlier than I was even expecting it (AWESOME!). The shelf comes in two pieces and it's definitely got some weight to it. I actually loved that it was metal and I could easily stick my magnetic level onto it for an easy install. You literally just have to put the self part in front of the wording at the top and screw it into the wall. One of the arms for hanging medals did bend a little bit during install (as they are raised off the wall a little) but I am pretty sure that was user error from manhandling the bottom while I was screwing it in. Fits the medals nicely (I could probably actually fit 2 on each arm. The only concern I have is with the hardware. The drywall anchors are just little baby ones and the medals from my kid's sports are HEFTY, so we'll see how it holds up once it is fully loaded. Overall, a GREAT deal for the money!

This is a nice medal display, made of medal. I liked that it has a medal rack and a shelf. However the shelf comes detached during shipping and it attaches by 2 screws that also hold the unit onto the wall. This made assembly a bit cumbersome and would be easier with two people (one holding the shelf on and one screwing it into the wall). I worry if too much weight is set on the shelf, it will pull out from the wall- so anchors are a must. The shelf is fairly heavy for thin metal. Otherwise well made, no sharp edges.
