È ottimo perché il beep è intermittente e diventa sempre più frequente mano a mano che ci si avvicina al target ,fino a diventare un suono continuo.

The product worked well when it decided to work I feel that the programming is a little complicated and you can get thrown out of the setting you are in too easily and it won’t detect metal- it is nice to have the light, but I have used others in the past that you just turned them on or turned them off and for that reason, I wasn’t a big fan of this one.

So, I'm new to metal detecting, and my metal detector does have a pinpointer function....but what I realised pretty quickly is that once you make a find and dig a hole, having to keep picking up the metal detector to determine the exact position of the find is a bit of a pain. With a handheld pinpointer you can kneel down and locate the object with ease. This pinpointer works, with a distance from pinpointer to object of about 20cm... It also can easily perform the role of finding dropped metalic objects and sensing electric wires etc behind plaster walls. So, I'm happy! Came with a battery and holster, coiled lanyard and good instructions.

This metal detector pinpointer by Laselion arrived in a box with a belt holder, rubber coil belt clip, instructions, and a 9 volt battery. The pinpointer itself is a nice bright orange color that is easy to see. The single button on the body of the pinpointer makes it easy to use-simply press the button to turn the small flashlight off or change from audible to audible and vibrate to vibrate only. This has only one volume which I wish I could adjust as it is rather loud so I will probably use it in the vibrate only mode. Once you turn it on the instructions do state to keep it away from metal for a few seconds as it calibrates. This little tool is a great price, claims to be waterproof to 40 feet (I haven’t tested that), and is a great accessory if you like to go metal detecting. Would make a great gift for the would be treasure hunter in your life.My Amazon rating system-Five stars-Great item. The unit came complete with holster, lanyard and instructions. The instructions were comprehensive, even considering how simple the device is. They have good illustrations and clear directions.The detector itself has a thick, robust plastic housing that feels good in the hand. It is very comfortable and ergonomic. At no time did I get the impression of cheap plastic-y junk. This unit continued to feel like a dependable tool that is up to adventuring.The included 9 V battery is easy to install by just unscrewing the back end cap and inserting it, being mindful of the positive and negative markings inside.Once this is done, the unit is simple to operate. A single short press of the power button turns the unit on and puts it into calibration mode which lasts a couple seconds. All three LED indicator lights remain solid during calibration, then the first (largest) light goes to a very slow blink in standby mode after that. The white flashlight LED remains on continuously, unless turned off with a short press of the power button (while the unit is on). This white LED is sufficiently bright to see what one is doing, but is no substitute for having a good flashlight at your side. It is a very good feature, however.When detecting, the first light will glow solid with a slow beep when the wand is either pointed at metal (or magnetic field) or comes within 5 inches laterally of it. A short vibration is also felt in the handle every time the unit beeps audibly, which is a feature that I really like. According to the listing, you are supposed to be able to select between sound, vibrate or light modes but I could not find any way to select between them in the instructions or just experimenting.Anyway, as the wand gets closer to the detected item, the beeps speed up in intensity and more red LEDs illuminate on the handle until you get an almost continuous tone when touching the source. The unit also has markings on the bottom side of the wand for measuring in both centimeters and inches up to 14+cm or 6 inches. This is handy for measuring depth well probing in the dirt.The back cap of the unit has a convenient eyelet molded into it for attachment of the included spiral springy lanyard. The included nylon holster holds the detector very securely, and it is shaped in such a way that the front curved portion forms a little tent over the power button so that it doesn’t inadvertently get pressed. The rear of the holster has a snap closure and Velcro strap for attaching it to a belt, backpack strap, or MOLLE grid. I always appreciate having lots of mounting options. The only thing that I wish this holster had is an integrated D-ring or eyelet for attaching the other end of the lanyard. I suppose that it’s probably designed for that to be mounted to something else like a belt loop or other gear.Anyway, all in all, this is a fantastic detector wand for narrowing down the item after detection by the main unit. I would absolutely recommend this to any metal detecting enthusiasts.

....to our metal detecting arsenal. This little device is super sensitive and easily picks up any metals near by, in the ground, in walls, or any number of places. It will be super helpful for many jobs, not just metal detection alone. I love that it is waterproof. This allows for many more options and activities

This little thing is very accurate and very easy to carry around, so it's the perfect companion for some treasure hunting. It's very directional and very easy to pinpoint the location of a metal piece. The lanyard is perfect, and it's nice and waterproof.

I was hoping that this metal detector could help me locate a ring I lost in my flower garden (or at least I think I lost there). The bed was not too large so I figured this would help me locate it. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it, which means that I either buried it past the range of detection for it or I lost it somewhere else. Using this detector is fairly simple. Once the 9 volt battery is installed, you just need to press the only button it has to begin using it. I did test it out on a few metal items to see if it found stuff that I hid and for the most part it did so long as they were not buried too deep (anything over 3 inches is questionable). The detection end of the device does have a ruler of sorts on it so you can tell how far in the dirt you have gone. When it finds something, it let's you know by lighting up, vibrating, and beeping. The closer you get to the object the quicker the beeps and vibrations get. It feels well made of quality plastic and while it claims it is waterproof, I doubt I will use it in the rain. The lanyard and Molle holder are nice. Even though I was unsuccessful in my quest to find my ring, I do have other uses for this in mind - such as finding those tiny screws when I drop them making crafts or maybe finding a stud in the wall when hanging pictures.
