I bought this for my wife who likes to do puzzles, most puzzles give you a full size pic sheet and I can set this up for her to work with. If the sheet is so big to cause it to flop, I put a piece of cardboard behind it. I Also use it for some board games that have player aid sheets you need to refer to. Works really good so far, and stores flat. Seems well built for the money spent.

I am an old-school typist, and this stand makes it easy to read papers that need to be entered into my computer for storage, or printing. It is easy to set-up and take down. Plus it is flat enough that it will fit into my laptop bag so I can take it with me when I go to the library, or when I am traveling with my laptop. I use the back piece from a letter-sized paper pad to help give loose paper support. I will definitely get another stand so I can keep one on my desk at home and have the other stand in the travel bag for my laptop, so I am never without my paper stand. And when it is folded down it takes up almost no space on my desk, and in my laptop bag.

Adjustable to hold different-sized books and angle it to your preference. It's nothing fancy, but it is solid and does what it should. Folds flat when not in use, which I like.

I was attracted to the product by it's simple design, compact size and low price. It is perfect for holding an art instruction book upright while reading it hands-free. One surprise, I had expected somehow that the clamp would be spring loaded, but no, It holds my small book in place by friction only. This actually makes it easier to remove the book without damage to the pages. I have not tried it on large heavy books but suspect it is probably meant for smaller or medium sized books. It is just what I needed! Thank you.

I got this when it was on sale for $5. Very nice reading setup, the clip on the bottom is strong enough to hold pages open with large books, and to fully hold small paperback books up and open. With one of those reading lights attached to the back, this makes reading much more enjoyable. I only wish that the clip that holds the pages open was a little shorter, because sometimes on smaller books it can stick up too far and block a line of words, which is why I gave this 4 stars. However, the product is very nice and works excellently in all other ways.

I needed a stand to hold my guitar chord books when I practice. I took a chance on this black metal stand and I'm really glad I did. It's approximately 8" wide by 9" high. It folds pretty flat to about a quarter of an inch where it folds so it's easily portable and storable in a drawer. It's lightweight but sturdy enough to manage holding my heavy 9" W X 12" H Beatles complete chord book. See photos. That song book is heavy and the stand holds it without issue. No matter what section of the book I'm working from it remains balanced. It seems to be well made; all edges are smooth. For the price, you can't really go wrong. It functions exactly as it should. The back bar has 6 slot options for the book leaning height and the front bar is adjustable to accommodate the width and hold the book in place. I'm truly happy with it. Hopefully I will get some longevity out of it. Time will tell but so far overall, I'm really pleased and I'd definitely purchase again.

Inexpensive, but not great for holding pages of thick books apart. For the price it's fine.

I love the product. It's the exact thing I needed to type out assignments.Only trouble is with the delivery courier. I don't understand why they leave parcels right in front of my front door. It's a tripping hazard. Can't someone explain to these fools where to leave items without making it dangerous?
