This jersey is light, warm, soft and comfortable. The small fits a 5'4" 135lb female body and long enough to securely tuck in. The color is richer than the photo.

Very comfortable and warm. Took it to Mammoth and stayed warm. Good base layer. Only 4 stars, due to have to hand wash it and air dry.

Stepson loves for under his button ups for work. Lightweight but warm, washes well. True to size.

I posted a review of this shirts big brother the 400g one. I just wanted to post an abbreviated post to provide insight on sizing. I am 5'10" and 185 lbs. I'm muscular and kinda big boned. I would normally go with a large or maybe xl. I buy these in xxl because they do totally run small .. or more accurately are closer to fitted than loose. I like a loose shirt and xxl is just about right for me. Beware, if you are much bigger than I am, that even the xxl will be tight. That said, I love these shirts and particularly this brand. I have all the name brand merino wool stuff. This shirt is every bit as good as that ... other guy. The 190 one is kinda like a cross between a base layer and a shirt. It's a lot heavier than a t shirt, just not really all that heavy. I have a range of these and just wear whatever the day seems to bring. I do wear these like all winter, every day. Sometimes I sleep in them :). And just so you can process this ... I NEVER wash them. No, it is not nasty. Wool never stinks. And if you are hung up on having to wash something after you have worn it you really don't want merino wool because it's a pain to wash. They don't have any sort of oder ever. I just rotate them and I have a lot and hang them up to air out a bit after wearing for a few days and never wash. Unless, I spill something on one. Then you gotta wash it.

I wore this as a base layer on a hike and camp out and it was great. It is surprisingly warm when it needs to be but never got wet. It didn't smell bad and when my arms got out of the sleeping bag, they didn't get really cold. The shirt is well made and there is a lot of give in the shirt. I am going to buy another one in a different color because I like it so much.

I walk 5-6 miles a day and frequently the temperature will be in the low twenties Fahrenheit with 20mph winds. I only wear my long sleeve 190 weight shirt and a lightweight puffy jacket and stay comfortable on my walk. The Merino wool is amazing how it keeps your skin temperature regulated. There is no sweating like with cotton to make you colder.Once you wear Merino wool, you will make it your choice of fabric.

I love this shirt. It’s warm enough when it’s cool and it’s cool enough when it’s warm. It fits well and looks great. I wore it continuously on a 7 day backpacking trip and then continued to wear it after I washed it. But I remain concerned about reports about these shirts being fragile and subject to excessive wear.
