For good overall performance and value, the Black Max is your prop. The Black Max aluminum propellers are standard equipped on most boats with Mercury/Mariner/MerCruiser power. Recommended for use on boats with up to 250 HP and with a top speed of less than 50 MPH. This is a 14 x 13 pitch 3 blade right hand rotation propeller. This propeller is constructed of powdered coated aluminum with a high-glossy black finish. Measures approximately 4 3/8" OD across back of hub. Includes Flo-Torq II Hub Assembly Kit, part number 835257K1 . Commonly used with 75 to 125 HP Command Thrust, Optimax and Mercury Outboards, 1978 and newer. Also used with Mercury / Mariner 40 bigfoot / 125 HP CT engines. Perfect fit. Original replacement at a very reasonable price. 15 minute job. I looked at other manufacturers and the Merc replacement was the most logical. I was not able to find a stainless steel conversion chart. I'm using this boat in a sand bottom shallow bay that I'm not familiar with. I think the stainless may be a future purchase. The prop arrived on time and was as promised. No problems with vender. All installation hardware came with it. I had prop thread grease on hand. I did not buy the prop tool because I have an extensive tool set at home and the boat was in my driveway. The prop tool would be useful to have if you believe you will be changing the prop in the water at a remote location.

Prop fits great just like the one I took off motor. Having a extra prop on board gives a person a good feeling. If you ever need it. It's ready for a quick change

Looks good, easy to install. I never had it in the water, as I sold the boat shortly after installing it, but no complaints from the new owners.
