This is the fish spatula to have. Works good for eggs on flat tops also. Will last forever. Fits well in the hand and bag.

Marketed as a fish spatula this indispensable kitchen item is a must in my house. Agile, easy to clean and the plastic handle holds up well at high temperatures. Also serves as a slotted spoon. I use it almost every day, the only job it does not conquer is bbq’d burgers on the grill—in that case I grab a larger spatula. I own three of these so there is always one clean.

Dishwasher safe (unlike many others), great construction, perfect amount of flex, sharp enough to cut broccoli with the tip, and the handle can "handle" the heat. Adore this thing!

I love this spatula. I have been using it for a few years, but it belonged to my son, who now moved out of the house and took the spatula with him (he loves it too!). So, without hesitation or delay, I ordered a replacement. It is exactly the same one I have been using for years, so I know it well. It works perfectly and is super easy to clean with or without a dishwasher. It has just the perfect amount of spring to it an the size and shape are also just right. Simple item, but what a joy when it's just right!

I got both sizes of the fish turners. The handles are uniform high quality, the spatulas are good sizes for a medium and large fish turner. I think they will work well for old the dishes I do, fish, bbq, omelettes, grill cheese, etc. just overall good turners.

This is a must have in any kitchen, can’t believe I never had one of these before. This spatula is excellent and isn’t necessarily just for fish, although deffo works well for fish as it’s thin and sharp enough to easily get into the fish and not just scoop it up but also to scrape any fish skin left on the pan (salmon). My only regret is that I opted for the short version thinking it would be long enough, but wish I purchased the longer one. The short one still works fine though.Decent handle, lightweight and excellent quality.Would highly recommend.Mercer seems like a really good brand, also have one of their chefs knives which is really good. Will probably purchase more stuff from this brand as it’s decent quality, esp since they’re NSF certified.

Fish spatulas are a versatile tool to have in your kitchen; I use mine for nearly all my flipping and turning needs due to its shape and ability to get under things that a thicker wooden spatula just can’t.I use this with my cast-iron and stainless/carbon steel pans and pots, but don’t use this on any pans or pots that are coated. I use silicone-coated tongs, or bamboo/wood trivet tongs for grabbing and flipping things in my ceramic coated pans or enameled cast iron (ECI) Dutch ovens/pans.Very versatile and nimble, I reach for this as much as my steel tongs and bamboo trivet tongs. Gets under delicate items for turning and flipping without causing it to fall apart, which is no wonder why these have been used for delicate, flaky items like fish. Buy this, you’ll use it a lot. I’m ambidextrous, so picking between a left or right handed spatula was a little tricky for me, just get whichever one you hold your spatula in the most. It really doesn’t make a big difference what hand I hold it in, even though I bought the left-handed spatula the performance is fine in either hand for me..

I noticed some rust spots on my spatula blade after a few washes. It doesn't make it unusable, but it makes me question the quality of the stainless steel they are stamping to make the blades. There are also some small bumps on the handle. These were an intentional part of the design and...I'm not really sure why. All they do is make it a little less comfortable to hold in some positions.Otherwise, it gets the job done and the wide, molded, dishwasher safe handle is far preferable to a lot of other turner's handles.

This is an excellent spatula / fish turner. I haven't actually used it for turning fish yet but for cooking everything else, including fried eggs it is a great spatula. I like this slotted turner just as much as my Cutco slotted turner but this Hell's Handle slotted turner cost about 1/3rd as much as the Cutco. The turner is thin and flexible enough to slide under burgers or eggs without breaking them up but still strong enough to support even heavier steaks and burgers without allowing them to flop over back onto the pan. The handle is wide enough for me to hold without it hurting - I have large hands and they are often sore with tendonitis - and the handle seems very durable. If I needed another turner / spatula or was gifting one to somebody this is the one that I would buy again.

Love this cooking tool! I first used one when I was a volunteer sous chef at a week-long training program. The chef was an actual chef and introduced me to the Handle. It's flexible and thin, so you can use it to lift delicate fish fillets, or remove cookies from a baking sheet, or scrape a pan for making grease gravy! I loved it so much that I searched the internet for one and found one a a good price at amazon. The flexible flipper is nice for casseroles, too. Know how you have a spatula that is rigid and you try to scoot it under the lagasna? Yeah, first one is all squished! With the flipper, I can wiggle it under there! In the past I have used plastic spatulas, which can melt and deform. Not with Hell's Handle! the handle is good up to a really high temp, so I no longer worry that others in the house will lay it against a hot skillet and put 'melt lines' in the handle, or, worse yet, start a fire! It's chef approved and also approved by the amateur (me).
