The only negative I have so far is it is smaller than I was expecting. It was easy to put together took me maybe 30 minutes by myself, the hardest part was getting it out of the box. The resistance levels are definitely noticeable and it is quiet. So far so good seems to be a good addition to our home gym.

This an excellent rower at an affordable price. Itโs quiet and easy to move and prop up to save more space when needed.Itโs stable, smooth-rowing and easy solo assembly if you use the guided video along with the instructions.Downside is the lack of clear instructions to pair the rower with the app and assorted functions. It also wasnโt crystal clear how to integrate it with several other exercise apps I use. Case in point, allegedly you can track resistance and adjust it from an app function but I have yet to glean how.

We found an on line video showing how to put it together much more helpful than the booklet that came with the rower. I am a rower novice and watched videos to learn proper technique. My body was a little sore in a couple new places after my first use. I really do like it; I feel like I get a total body workout and I FEEL like I'm working hard after just 3 or 4 minutes. The electronic screen is easy to read and I find the information it provides encouraging and useful. I did lots of research prior to making this purchase and I didn't want to spend $1,000. I feel satisfied with the rower and think I got good value for what I wanted. And it IS super quiet! And smooth in motion. I definitely recommend this rower.

This rower is sturdy and functions very well. Operation is smooth and very quiet. No problem hearing TV while rowing. The rower is fairly compact, so no space problem. Seat and handles are comfortable. I am 6โ2โ and 200 lbs, and it works well for me. The display is adequate for my purposes, so I have not used the app. Assembly was pretty easy. The rower is easy to reposition or store upright. I am happy with the rower, especially at this price point.

Ha sido una experiencia inigualable el haber adquirido esta remadora hecha con materiales de la mejor calidad. Sus 16 resistencias le dan un plus. Por lo mismo la recomiendo muy ampliamente. Ya que en su categorรญa sin duda alguna es la mejor.

La esperaba con ansia!!! Desde que llegรณ la arnamos de inmediato y la empezamos a usar!!! Si es lo que esperaba, fue super facil de armar, todo venia muy bien empacado y con el instructivo bien indicado!!! La calidad muy buena!!! Y con un potencial de entrenamiento muy amplio tiene 16 resistencias asi que tenemos mucho para aprovechar en el incremento de fuerza, estoy muy feliz con esta compra!!! Y lo recomiendo ampliamente, haciendolo de manera correcta y aprovechandolo al mรกximo es un ejercicio muy completo!!! Gracias!!!

The Merach R-02 rowing machine arrived very well packaged and protected and secure and was very easy to assemble and only had one tiny error in having an incorrect style of washer in the connector kit - a very minor issue.All comments we had read about how quiet the unit is while in use are true, when my Wife is using it I canโt even hear it in the next room and when I use it and am quite a bit heavier the sound is still smooth and quiet. I am 5โ10 and the length of the rails are perfect with several inches to spare, but not sure if a person 6โ4โ would be a good fit. As far as weight they say 350 lbs is tops and Iโm 230 lbs and itโs solid enough to easily handle my weight and power. If you are stronger I would probably consider the version that has water and magnetic resistance combined. We only have the magnetic resistance which is on the light side for me resistance wise but perfect for my Wife who is 100lbs lighter ! We currently have about 12,000 cycles / pulls on this unit and it seems as though we will get over 100,000 before possibly having to replace the rail seat wheels ( just a feeling, nothing scientific with that comment ). I had a hip replacement recently and found this was a perfect workout prior to and physical therapy after the surgery and really helped with range of motion and getting a light aerobic workout. The intensity is up to you, dial up resistance level and control your speed as you desire and you can also decide how deep of a rowing load sliding motion / extension you want.Weโve had this for about three months. All in all the quality, design and usefulness is of greater value than the cost which was way less than most other options. Have recommended to many friends and Family !

This is an updated review. The machine arrived quickly, was not very hard to put together at all (about 40 mins), was the perfect size for my home office, was quiet and smooth, and in every way perfect.Unfortunately on the first use it displayed an error code on the dial which was unable to be cleared. Amazon customer service was absolutely of no help. Passed me back and forth 10 times with no resolution. I called the manufacturer & there was no answer but I left a message. I also filled out an online form. I received a call back from Kayla pretty quickly (while I was still getting passed around by Amazon). They asked me to confirm a few things, email a photo of the error code on the display, etc. I tried to use the machine despite the broken display and it started making a horrible noise. I took a short video and also emailed this to the manufacturer. They emailed back after hours and on the weekend with their apologies and replaced the rower free of charge! I had the replacement in a few days (even with the New Year holiday) and the new one works perfectly.I would have left a good review on the machine itself because itโs a great rower for what I need. Originally the experience with the defective one that arrived had me frustrated but the customer service was so excellent I cant praise them enough. Manufacturing defects can happen. (I had it happen on a very expensive machine from another company twice!). But how this company handled the problem, was stellar!Give it a shot you wont be disappointed!

Machine might be good, but it didnโt start well, as I had to email, get in touch with service help at Amazon to get things rolling and almost a month later I got the unitPutting it together was easyBut now I wonder, they were saying you can use their app to get a training free for a month, and it will start from the date of purchase, I received it a month laterโฆ.. now what, just out of curiosityI will buy a rowing game to go along that way I will have something to challenge myself
