The material, the feel, the fit all were as expected. I like the color. There is nothing outstanding about these, they are shorts that I wished to own. If you buy them, expect them to fit, at least mine have and it appears from other reviews that fit is not a problem.So, why not five stars? Because it should not be a five star experience to get what you order and pay for. That should be the norm, and I'm happy with the norm when I buy clothes.

These shorts will be just right for hot Florida Summers. Materal is light, stretchy and fit perfectly. Nice looking shorts for a drawstring. Only draw back is no fly in front.

These shorts are cool and comfortable. The two front side pockets and the back pocket are zippered. The cargo pockets' flaps are closed with 2 pieces of velcro on each side, though my personal preference is for buttons, the velcro does its job.There is no fly - just a flap to suggest one is there. The elastic waistband and tie string make for an everyday tailored fit - never too tight or too loose.Great shorts at a great price.I recommend them to anyone looking for stylish, comfortable summer shorts.

I ordered these to have comfortable shorts to paint in. I wanted them because of the drawstring and lightweight so I don't have to wear wear a belt when I'm painting and climbing up ladders and be comfortable .they were super cheap so I can get paint on them. Anyway, I liked them so much. They're not too tight. Not too baggy not too long. Not too short. They look really nice. Sometimes I wear them to the gym to work out in. Sometimes I wear them with a t-shirt to just stress regular. I will be ordering more of these and I'll find some other old clothes to use for paint clothes
