Really disappointed that the Memory foam insert is smaller than my 3 year old one, so i guess i use both at the same time to get the same result. I tried it out anyways and my older one is a little thicker than the new one,again, disappointing. the 3 star is just because the older version lasted long.

I have a Honda Civic. The cushion fits almost perfectly, except I have to readjust it every time I get into the car. Other than that, I really like this cushion, and it was a good replacement for my old one!

This cushion is what I have been searching for. It's narrow enough to fit into the contours of my car seat, and gives enough support without being bulky. I can't use the little attachment straps, as they would hold it to the bottom of the backrest. I need to raise it a few inches manually every time I get in the car. A small price to pay for the right cushion!

This pillow is very firm. Only comfortable if you require a very firm pillow as a back support.

i bought this for some lumbar support in my new Honda that lacks lumbar support! (amazes me they dont have it in their seats!) i went with this one as the seat clips go thru the seat/back not around the seat leaving straps showing and leaving marks on the seats. this is nice but the cushion sits low from this and really isnt much in the "lumbar" area. does it help? yes but dramatically.be aware in the winter the cushion gets pretty hard/stiff until it warms up.

It works for me and my lower back pain. It's on the softer side, so some people might not be comfortable with it. But I find it comfortable. I bought it not to use in my car, but on other chairs. I find it works for my needs when it comes to other chairs. I've tried it in two different cars, and although it works perfectly for my lower back pain in my car, I can't say the same thing for my brother's car. But that is not the pillow's fault. It's just the way the car seats are manufactured.

I got this for lumbar support in the car, and also a seat cushion version, very similarly shaped. I use it and basically like it…. Just keep in mind that memory foam crushes down a lot. It’s nice for some situations because it gently presses back, but … I guess you can look at a basically wedge shaped cushion like this that might be 4” wide at the wide end, and once you sit on it it might be 1 1/2”. In the end, this car cushion for back support is a good shape and helps, but I’d like to try it on a long drive before it really was sure it worked as well as the 12” decor pillow I used before this. At least the basic black/grey fabric looks more professional than a decor cushion!
