Important hijinks going on here! Trying to get this to the top of the reviews. I keep trying to post this with one star and it says it's posted but it isn’t. Not happy with the algorithm. This company must have been sold or something. Label used to say "Made in Belarus." Now says "Made in India."I've purchased (I counted!) 118 3x6" pillar candles from Melt Candle Co. since ~2018. To say I'm a fan would be an understatement.For almost a year, I've been watching Amazon, wondering ... "Where is the inventory?" "Why do they not have any candles?" I finally gave in and bought 6 3x3" pillars (only available inventory) and they suck. The wax is cheap, brittle, smells awful. Tunneling? You bet. Weird slick wax? Yes. Different colors of "white" in the same batch? Indeed.Then I looked at the label, and one of the labels on my old stock ... different location. So it's a different company. I am so disappointed. I'll miss you Melt Candle Co. :0(

I just wanted to say these candles are nice. I wanted to get more but the price went from 14.99 to 22.99 so I guess I won't be buying anymore from this company unless price goes down.

These are very nicely made, slow burning, dripless, and unscented. Our church is on its third purchase for altar use on a robust pair of candleholders.

This is my 3rd order. The candles were an excellent value the first time I purchased them , but realized this order of three went up $9 since March ‘23. The first two deliveries were good quality and consistent. They are pretty, they burn evenly. The new delivery today looks different. The texture is rougher, almost like there are bubbles in the wax or like they were subjected to high or low temperatures. Nothing wrong with the shape or color, but they look different from previous orders. I will still use them. I notice original orders were made in Belarus. These are from India— perhaps just different process used to make them?Update 1-1-25The new candles burn unevenly. Very different product from when I first began ordering. I’d give current product one-star. Disappointing.

I have an old-fashioned style lamp for pillar candles and I was looking for replacements that were actually quality candles. I love that these come in different sizes and are NOT scented, so can be burned for a long time without causing headaches! I love that they are handmade, and you can tell the wax is not cheap and brittle like other pillar candles I have used. They burn really well, and last for a good amount of time.

I was excited to find the Melt Candle Pillar Candles on Amazon, hoping they would be the solid, bright white candles I needed for my holiday centerpiece. Local stores offered limited options with varying shades of white—some yellowish, some pinkish—so these seemed promising based on the description and reviews.Upon unboxing, I was disappointed to discover that the candles were semi-transparent with a frosted white appearance, not the solid, bright white I was expecting. They are more see-through than depicted, which I found misleading based on the product description.While they don't perfectly match my initial vision, they do blend reasonably well with my decorations, which include flocked trees. For that reason, I decided to keep them. However, if you're specifically looking for solid, bright white candles, these will not meet your expectations. I'll be exploring other options next year in hopes of finding the perfect match.
