It’s broken first use. We are no where near 500 lbs! Disappointing purchase!Your company shouldn’t state claims that the product doesn’t stand up to the statement. The product is decent. It fit well on both my couches. Easy to install but I do think they could be a little thicker. These lasted about 5 months before the plywood snapped in half from my daughter dropping herself onto the couch. Maybe my kids are just too rough haha. The product is good.

Saved me from buying a new couch.My couch was in great shape with no visible wear. My only challenge with it was that the springs had gone in a few seating areas.It seemed a shame to throw it out and add it to landfill, but the cost to get the springs fixed amounted to the same cost as buying a new couch.This has product has certainly extended the life of the couch however it is definitely not as soft. Depending on your needs, you may need to add a seating pad as well.

I have an oversized chair that because of the fabric I chose is VERY soft. You would basically sink into the cushion. After more than a year I finally decided to do something about it. When I tell you I immediately felt a difference! My back feels supported and I don't feel like I'm climbing out of the chair. 10 out 10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I can’t believe the difference this product made in my couch & love seat. The seat cushions are no longer sagging & I can now easily get up from my sofa & love seat. This was an easy, inexpensive fix.

Works great and adds a bit of sturdiness and support. At first sight it looked like it was going to make the couch hard but nope, just enough support and still remained soft.

Dies it make the couch ‘new’ again? No. Does it add some support? Yes. I was hoping for more given the price but it’s decent and easy to put in place.Revised: not even a month in, the planks have broken. I even took the piece from the sectional and put it over the main sofa piece. That broke too. So disappointed.
