For reference i am roughly 300lbsI am not sure how this chair is rated for 400 lbs. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I do not trust that rating to be accurate. If I lean side to side the chair makes noises as if it's about to fall apart.The part of the seat that connects to base pole is only held by gravity. I guess you will never use the chair upside down, but it still doesn't inspire confidence. The chair has the ability to recline but I am too afraid to use the feature due to how un-sturdy it feels.The seat itself is a good size and there's plenty of room even at my larger width.The cushion is not comfortable, and it's slightly angled so the front is higher than the rear. If you sit in this chair more than about 2 hours you will wish you had bought something different.I also often sit with one foot under the knee of my opposing leg, and this ends up pushing my thigh into the armrest bar. This is extremely uncomfortable, but I am aware this is a personal problem. How I sit is unusual. The only way to fix this would be to remove the armrests completely. I might do this, they are pretty useless, the height of them is too low to be comfortable for me (5'9").The slide out leg rest thing falls under the rest of my complaints: It looks nice but is useless. It doesn't pull out far enough to rest your legs on without your knees dangling at a weird angle and being uncomfortable, and in the situation it's probably meant for (reclined) I will never use because there's no way this chair can actually handle 300+ lbs while reclined.On the positive side, the price was good, the shipping was timely, the packed was not damaged at all and had good packaging, and it was very simple to put together.My conclusion: The chair looks good, on paper and in person, the price is good, the packaging is good, but the product itself was likely designed purely on paper without actual human testing to see if their design was just as functional as it was pretty.Best use case: Someone under 5'6" and below 250lbs

So far I LOVE this chair!! I just got an assembled yesterday the day I got it and it was very easy to assemble! I literally could use this chair as my easy chair to watch TV. It is so comfortable and I love the way I reclines with the ability to put your legs up. I just hope that the chair will last and not break in a strange place like the last chair I had. If I have any issues I will be sure to update you here on my review!

I bought this as a gift for my son, he loves it!! It was very easy to put together. I found a video that walks you through it, but I didn’t even need it! The instructions tell you everything you need to know.

It came quickly in the mail within four days. it only took us 30 minutes to assemble it and I didn’t even need the instructions. It’s really comfortable and fun to use. It has a lot of options like recline, extra padding for lumbar support and neck support and it’s, fully adjustable, and very well-made, and most importantly priced fairly. I’ve seen chairs go for way more and this one is just as good. I'm going to get another for office at my garage.

This chair was decently easy to put together with 2 people, it feels strong and sturdy and the reclining option is so nice! Will definitely purchase again when we have 2 gaming setups!

The chair seat is wide and comfortable. The back rest with the pillow feels amazing. I suffer from midback pain and this chair works wonders! I highly recommend. I’m 6’ 1 305 pounds and it’s durable.

The chair came in a large box and was very well packaged. It took a little while to unpack all the parts but it was well packaged and nothing was damaged. All the parts are of good quality. The metal is thick and the rubber is very flexible, as it should be. It took a while to assemble. Probably took 10-15 minutes. It is very comfortable to lay on and the back and head support move into all the right positions. I will probably never use the footrest but I can imagine a younger person might enjoy it. Overall, very happy with this purchase.
