I use this case to store 22 rimfire match ammunition. It's perfect for the firing line where a typical range bag would be too big. It's a nice compact size, waterproof and very durable.

Waterproof and rugged. Lid opens fully. I put a T nut in the bottom and added a quick release plate for the tripod mount then sealed with silicone caulk. It fits an 8 ish by 6 ish paper block and all the art supplies i need.

No pelican, but for the price it’s well worth it. The latches are good but if I needed to really lock them down I would like clasp latches.

I bought this case for a video camera and I find it to be the perfect size for the camera and all the extras. It was easy to pull out the foam pieces to create the multiple sockets to fit everything in comfortably and securely. It feels rugged and near unbreakable and the price beats most of the competition, at least to the brands I looked into before deciding to go with this one. I will someday purchase others from them to house a few more pieces of equipment that I transport on occasion.

I made my Hard case into a "Cyber deck" like build for gaming, squeeze a 10." Raspberry Pi Screen in the lid, Threw a RetroCastle MiSTer FPGA in there with a 65w battery bank and some cables, some controllers and a mini wireless Keypad. For this purpose the Case works great with some caveats.1. I had to add a Lid Support Stay Hinge to support the lid upright. Not enough to take a star off, but something to consider.I haven't tested it (before drilling holes into it) but I doubt it can stay Water Proof (prior to my modifications), so if you absolutely need waterproofing, go something else. There also a mark in the back where the sprue was for the injection molding, which many of the other reviewers complain about, but it is cheaper than other cases in it's size category. To me with the dings and holes I already put into this, its not a big deal but it can be for others.

Compared to others I've used, this is solid. No flex whatsoever. Very well made for the price. I was expecting it to be a bit flimsy but I'm glad I was wrong. It closes up snug and though I didn't submerge it in water, I'm certain that it would remain dry inside if I did.The pluck foam is deep. I wasn't sure if it was going to be two layers or not. It's too deep for my needs, so I had to cut a spare piece of foam I had {Pic 3} to raise it up a bit. No biggie. It doesn't open all the way. It gets to ~45° and stops {Pic 2} and because of that, when you open it the lid makes it fall back backwards. To remedy this, I cut the 2 tabs near the hinges {Pic 4} with a box cutter and now it lays flat.I bought this to store my HackRF Portapack and some antennas. Not big enough for my longer ones, but it'll hold most of them.I conclusion, I like it. I think it should be a tad less in price by $5-10 but it's still worth it. Especially if you want something as similar to a Pelican case as possible but without the high cost.EDIT- {Pics 6, 7, 8} I used gel super glue to add a thin sheet of plastic and magnets to make the lid into a place to store the data cable, and stapled a strip of elastic to hold the cable. This made the lid a tad thicker enough to press the knob and turn on the HackRF Portapack, so I put the HrfPP lower in the foam and added foam over the screen to help secure it. Made this good little case into a better one for my needs.

Purchased to store a car battery jump starter in my truck. The case is heavy duty and waterproof! And the orange color makes it easier to locate both when stored in truck and outside when using so it isn’t left behind. And eggshell foam pad is glued to the inside lid and a half inch moveable foam insert and larger cubed foam insert is also included for maximum protection for items you are storing.

Love this case, it is perfect for the fish finder and the case is bright enough it won't get left behind. It's waterproof and durable so it can stay in the boat and we don't need to worry about it getting broken. Cut the foam to fit perfectly. We love it!!
