I used this outdoors and it got tangled up at times. However, it was a rather windy day. I used them for a Dia de Los Muertos celebration!

These were PERFECT!! I didn't realize they were adhesive until later. Duh! I got a ton of compliments on them. Besutiful colors. The only caution is thst they are delicate and tear easily, so be careful when hanging.
