Got this as a new grad. So far, I love it. It was a little confusing at first and I still don't think I've mastered it fully but I've made it work. Ive only used a sharpie on it and filled my own spray bottle with 91% rubbing alcohol. Ive learned the best way to clean the page is to spray the rag instead of the page to avoid bleeding and getting the other pages wet. The Moxie website has a list of the abbreviations at the bottom, although in the bottom right corner, B L D (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) was not listed on there and I found that people use it to mark off when insulin was given. It also took me a lot longer than I'd like to admit that "Card" stands for Cardiovascular system. I think once you figure it out and get in the groove, it's super simple. I only wish that it had more of a note section- which you can buy extra sheets for but I haven't.It's thick and durable, and easy to clean with a rag and rubbing alcohol. However, it is a little awkward and hard to stick in a cargo pocket (size small pants)

Having to buy additional pages separately is a rip off. Spending $40 on a book you still have to buy more pages for is awful. Why not charge $50 or 60 and actually include all the needed pages and pens??Other than that a reusable report sheet is great, don’t have to worry about random papers and HIPPA

This is a great product but hard to clean with alcohol it takes time and a lot of elbow grease 😔
