We use many Medline products in my healthcare.We ordered these bulbs to replace when we need to. We needed to today.They don’t hold the suction for more than 5 minutes. We tried three to be sure. We attached and reattachedeach one and reflushed.Of course, it is past the 30 day limit for any compensation.The first Medline product we have ever had a problem with and they weren’t cheap!The review should be 0 stars.Just very aggravating!

Been using these for years. Insurance won't pick them up which is fine. It's for our daughter's g tube and her dad and I have arthritis. The push tops are much easier to use than the screw on. Why not change the picture to what you are actually selling?
