I ordered a box of this ( 50 pieces) but was sent only 1 piece. I will return the 1 piece of yaunker and want a refund. I ordered and paid for 1 full box1 star for the correct item but should be no star because I paid for a full box not just one piece.

Use this for a family member who 'lives' in a Long Term Care facility. Have been trying to convince the facilitythat this Yankauer, with the smooth, rounded tip, is the one they should use.
