They have a shinny finish and can be used to mark my seedling trays at a nice price.

I purchased these to use in the garden. I personally don't like all those plastic plant markers and was looking for something compostable that won't break the bank. These tongue depressors are perfect for this purpose! You'll get 500 for almost nothing and they will last a long time. I put them in my garden pots and beds to know what I seeded/planted in the spring and they hold up well over the summer. Even with lots of rain, sun and high humidity, they will still be there in the fall.

Very good quality tongue depressors. I’m glad I bought these. I use them for building dollhouse miniatures and I appreciate the smooth and straight finish of the sticks. I used to buy craft sticks but half of them would be warped, split or unusable. I got smart and realized that if I bought tongue depressors instead they would have more quality control measures. I was right.

These "craft sticks" are nicely smoothed wood and very nicely priced. Not sure I would use them in my mouth as a tongue depressor as they are not individually wrapped, but they work great as sanding sticks in the jewelry classes I teach

I use these for so many things. They work great to spread wax when I wax my legs. They worked great to mix epoxy and can be used for numerous crafts. Great quality and a good deal as well.

So inexpensive :D I am using these in my classroom. We do science labs that utilize food to represent different Earth features. Instead of plastic spoons or knives, I use these. Since I am buying it with my own money, I am more than pleased with the amount I received for the price. Great quality too!

my son uses these to make different things. He interlocks them and sets of a chain reaction. It's cool to watch. I'm glad I don't have to clean it all up when he's done.

I am an esthetician, and I purchased these to use for waxing (hair removal). For the price, I honestly expected them to be thin, rough, and splintery, but I am very impressed with the quality. They are a nice thickness and very smooth. Perfect for my purposes! Definitely recommend!!July, 2015 - Edit: When I purchased these, they were $1.43 for a box of 500, which was an incredible price. At the current price of $12.48/box, there are much better options available, and I wouldn't recommend buying these.

Very long delivery time, but very budget priced. One of four boxes was marked "damaged" and had about 90% of the contents loosely loaded back into the box. The other three boxes were packed normally and undamaged. It is not worth time or trouble to return the damaged box at this cheap price. My wife intends to use these for crafting, so it won't really matter.
