Used for foot surgery and told not to get bandaging wet for 2 weeks. This cover was great and fit securely with no leaking and leg and foot remained dry. After showering, it was easy to drape over a hanger in the shower to dry the outside of cover. 2 come in a box and will be able to use the same one as I used this time for next foot surgery. Highly recommend!

I'm 71 years old, and I fell and broke my leg. This shower sleeve has been the best thing since the invention of the wheel. I can easily put it on over my cast and just as easily remove it. The rubber seal at the top is still holding strong. It’s not too tight but keeps the water from trickling through. Buy this product, you wont regret it. The pair were reasonably priced also.

Works pretty well, and I don't imagine you'll find something that works better, so I wouldn't spend the extra money on the more expensive options.However...if you have someone with a large walking boot or cast because of a large calf, it's going to be pretty snug to get over the top of it, so go slow and be careful. We're up to 3 weeks of daily showers on the 1st one and the rubber at the top looks in pretty good condition and still seals out water.As with any of these, take it off immediately when finished. It does get steamy inside.

This worked extraordinarily well, and was the cheapest on Amazon. I am tiny (5'2", 122lb), but do have thicker legs for someone my size. I had to pull this up over my knee to get it snug, but it worked perfectly. On my little wiener dog leg, I could have easily worn this with a knee brace, but again, I'm a shorty! The whole was too big for my calf/knee, but I would order this again. I was able to fit it entirely over my soft cast AND hard boot!I was skeptical, but nothing got wet, and it's reusable!

Ankle/achilles surgery with splint and bandages for 2 weeks. Needed something that fit over that and would keep water out. After way too long looking at other options, mostly more expensive options... I chose this, we needed to start somewhere. SO pleasantly surprised that these are stretchy enough to get over the splint and bandage and keep everything dry! I did need help getting this over my non-weight bearing ankle with the bulky splint and dressings. You can stand and bend/lean your non-weight bearing knee on shower chair easily and comfortably (no rigid rings or parts like other options.) It is soft silicone so easy to bend. It is waterproof and the bag holds air well. It felt wet coming out on first try, but that is dampness from sweat inside the bag. Did a tissue test and it came out dry, until we have fully trusted it works. LOOK NO FURTHER... these cast covers do the trick, are budget-friendly, and are working well.

"Gasket" is secure. Not a drop gets inside. Easy to use. Makes post-surgery life bearable.

If you’re looking at this item, obviously you or someone you care for needs to cover their leg to shower. This is perfect. Well sized, easy to slide on, and the opening on the upper leg is watertight. Easy to remove, dries quickly, and gets the job done. Saved me after breaking my ankle.
