Once I did, they are diligent in seeking a solution. It is a serious chair with tons of features. Return home is important to me as a time saver. Multiple motors can run simultaneous. Had a concern for the foot rest not dropping all the way with individual buttons, but the reset and memory locations put everything perfect so not a deal breaker for me. Heavy duty chair and looks great too.
