This does fit the medela symphony. However, the tubing isn’t the same as the original tubing. It’s a different material. This is not a genuine medela replacement part.

There's work just as they should, no issues. However, they are different than the originals that come in the Medela kit. They aren't clear, but are opaque and not as firm. They also don't feel smoot like the originals. They pick up dirt and pet hair really easily. Not as easy to just wipe down either. They do the job though.

Tubing arrived quickly but was not in sterile or commercial packaging (but I had not specifically looked at descriptions or reviews to see if it would be). Satisfied with this purchased.

Any defects noted by earlier commenters must have been resolved. The tubing is crystal clear PVC. it most certainly does not attract dust or hair as others have noted. The triangular fitting that mates with the Medela swing pump is a perfect fit. do not hesitate to buy this item if you need a Medela tubing with the triangular fitting.

These felt nearly impossible to find until i found them. It took 3 tries. This fits the Medela Pump in style advanced breast pump. These simple tubes were my saving grace

Not much to say. Perfectly fit and replaced the manufacturers tubing. Great fit, great suction. Looks and performs just like the tubing that came with the pump.

I bought these as a replacement to the tubing I got with my rented Medela Symphony. I thought they were Medela original and would match those. To my surprise, the material is not the same, they're rather sticky. Nevertheless, I decided to use them just to find out they didn't fit the pump right. They don't go all the way through. Did I get a defective pair of tubes? I don't know, I just returned them and I'm not planning to buy them again unless I'm sure they match the original set I have.
