This unit is a bit lack luster, but I knew that going in. Purchased it for the office. It's plug and play so there are no concerns with getting it to play nicely with a locked down office pc.I give this a three star rating mostly due to price. This unit costs as much as most of the competition but lacks common features. It's back lit, but not RGB. It's plug and play, but not programmable.

It's a good cheap mechanical number pad. Has a satisfying click when typing a d travel distance is good. Only with I had was that it had a bit more resistance when typing. The keys feel like nor.al keys but with a click in them. No chonk when typing. They don't feel like higher quality boards that have a heavy key and base.

If you're a PC gaming enthusiast that uses the mouse in your left hand, then you probably know Outside of the Azeron offerings there are literally NO options for a game pad to use in your right. None are available even if you had the money to pay the left handed tax. Zero... none whatsoever... You're hard put to find a left handed mouse as well. As an MMO enthusiast I've grown up with an unorthodox style of play that makes far more sense than the god-awful wasd standard. I bind my abilities to the number pad and the navigation cluster (page up, home, insert, etc) and strafe with my thumb on the arrow keys. If more abilities are needed I bind the same keys with the ctrl modifier added. It works so well. (Note the keys I mentioned are the only ones in an ergonomic non-staggered pattern) Once you get used to it though nothing else will work because it's that good. Since full sized keyboards have a tendency to inhibit your mouse movement this can handicap the playstyle. To find a number pad with the navigation cluster is akin to finding a mermaid unicorn. Not to mention one that's made extremely well, has thock, is BACKLIT, and HOTSWAPPABLE!!! I can finally break out my custom GMMK 60% for a session. Thank you Kinst your product means more to me than you may ever know. I'll add pictures if possible when I get home. 100% Best keypad ever. I'd buy it if it was 100 dollars.

I was honestly blown away by the quality of this product, not only are the stems lubed for the larger keys but the switches in it were surprisingly good quality too! I swapped out some of the keycaps and switches for my own but I'd buy this product again in a heartbeat

This is a great numpad for those who need an extra or external one. It's very clear that Kisnt is genuinely serious about this product because not only is it hot-swappable (means you can take out and change the key switches) but they even use decent quality PBT keycaps AND they also show a diagram of all the layers within the numpad which are essentially popular keyboard mods built into the numpad at a manufacturing/OEM level...heck even the stabilizers for the 0, Enter and + keys are lubed! All of which is completely unnecessary for something like this product, but highly respectable!Switches (Outemu Brown): They do the job, but in stock form they are pretty rough, grainy feeling, and rattly compared to something like a Gateron G Pro Brown. I decided to lube my switches and it makes them a lot better feeling/sounding however the Outemu clips which hold the key switch case together are a PITA to undo...so if you decided to do it, you will need a lot of patience. Alternatively you can just swap them out to something different which I am planning to do later on.Extra Note: This this numpad is actually a great and inexpensive place to start if you are thinking about getting into custom keyboards but want a place to start. You could try changing switches to find the feel you like, try different keycaps or even try lubing the switches. Sure you could buy a keyboard for this price, but you might as well start on a nicer platform like this which will be leagues better than a full keyboard at this price point -- then once you're ready, buy into a decent keyboard set and build it out with the skills you learn from this numpad...ultimately since it's a numpad, the risk to messing something up is a lot less since a broken numpad isn't gonna be the end of the world.Recommendation to Kisnt: I would recommend updating the product to include pre-lubed switches if the margins allow, it would take this already amazing product and bring it to perfection imo.P.S. - Please launch a full keyboard with this level of manufacturing! a 75% or TKL would be great~

Love it. This product is rare as far as products go because it's very high quality, it's reasonably priced, its design is well thought out, and strangely enough it's as far as I can tell literally one of the only 2 wired 34ish key number pads in existence, and unlike the other one, is of a quality worth purchasing. If you've been looking for a wired keypad with the additional keyboard buttons to the left of the numerical pad (wireless keypads in my experience are really frustrating because the keystrokes can be unreliable, the timeout function messes up your input and you have to charge the battery) you know that the only other one is sold under two different manufacturer names and doesn't work good. I bought one of these a while back and the input was so unreliable that it was unusable for me. I looked really hard for a long time and I really couldn't find one other keypad than the poor quality one I just mentioned, until this one came out recently.Great product guys, and my only recommendation is that you might want to consider selling the left side of this keyboard in the exact same awesome color scheme and build quality as a 60% mechanical keyboard. Also a low profile key and base design might be welcome for a lot of people. Thanks for making a great product - I've been waiting I think it must be like a couple years for something like this and I got a much cooler and high quality product than I expected!

I love this keypad. When entering lots of numbers it works perfectly. Has a feeling of an adding machine making numeric entry seamlessly.
