Ce n’est pas du vrai titan mais de l’acier

I was doing some titanium anodizing and bought these for the anode and cathode. I tried to anodize 4 parts and I was getting weird precipitate in my solution and on the parts. I finally inspected these closer and found a HSS (High speed steel) marking. These are NOT titanium and these ruined 4 of my titanium parts.
