I was looking for some 6-inch plastic fasteners to tie tags and do other jobs that require longer leads than the 3-inch fasteners that I currently own.These ties snap into place easily – and don’t come apart after snapping them closed. They can be used to attach tags to garments (when selling items on ebay, etc.), fastening sticks to plants to straighten the plant out, tying up electrical cords (when not using them) or to hang objects from a hook.My only criticism is that these ties are extremely thin – so they likely wouldn’t be able to be used to hang heavy garments or objects from them. Also, I don’t need 5,000 ties. I wish there were fewer ties – but thicker.Otherwise, they’re fine. They do the job.
