The blower pressure relief valve is blowing out at 120 psi it should not due to I should be able to get up to 175 psi before it shuts off not letting it function proper what can we do to fix this?

the price is reasonable , fast service ,very poor quality M type air coupler , leaks , very poor quality line ball valve , poor quality air out line pressure regulator. Main pressure switch works very well ,

ZERO STARS! CHEAP/ poor quality the shutoff Valve LEAKS (no its not user error and there is no way to repair that valve) AND there are is no wiring diagram, instructions or markings for the wiring. Complete waste of time and money. Buy something else

The manifold on my air compressor broke open so I bought this to replace it. My current manifold didn’t have the strange brass air release valves so I removed them. I changed my mind but one then started leaking so I removed them again. The fault was probably mine so I give this five stars.Also, the pressure switch was set to 120+ psi and it triggered the over pressure release valve which then hissed air all of the way down to 20 psi but there was a second over pressure valve so I set the pressure switch to 100 psi and replaced the over pressure release valve.

Bought this as a replacement for my old one that wouldn’t regulate properly, it was a direct fit with no problems and factory set to 100psi/7bar, plenty of outlets to mount all your couplings, comes complete with male and female hose couplings, screw blanks, ball tap, and safety valveThe picture was taken 8 days after I fitted it and as you can see it’s held it’s 7bar pressure.

This doesn't come with instructions. I needed one piece that does not come with the kit but it's not there fault. It comes with high quality pieces and the ones you need to assemble it. The piece I needed was from the regulator to my compressors tank. They have no idea what I'm using this for so they don't include my adapter. It could be anything. They don't have a crystal ball. That's why they still get full stars. It does come with a roll of Teflon tape. It also came with a hose quick connect. It was the same as the ones in my shop so I didn't have to install my own. This was convenient. If you know what you are doing, the cheap price is not a sign of the quality. Get this if you don't need instructions to completely assemble, install, and calibrate this.
