It was challenging and fun doing this puzzle. I had intended on framing when I bought this and was worried that a piece might be missing. But all was there and well made.

This frame is perfect for a puzzle. It is carefully packaged so it wasn't damaged in shipping.The cardboard pieces made it easy for me to flip my puzzle over to glue it. And the finishedproduct looks very impressive. It is well worth the money --- sturdy and will show off yourhard work very nicely!

Frame is as described, lightweight and fit to size it said. My only complaint is there is a dent on the frame when it arrived. It was packaged well so I'm guessing it was dented before shipment. However that being said it is on the top so I kept it knowing that it is not in view.

This 24x30 puzzle frame worked perfectly for my needs. It does seem a little less durable than other frames, but it will work just fine for my needs. Puzzle fit perfect and did not need trimmed down.

Es muy fácil colocar distintos tamaños gracias a una lámina de fondo negro/blanco. La tapa trasera es robusta y queda bien ajustada.

I ordered two of these, two different sizes and was a little worried because of seeing reviews that these are too small. Upon receiving them, I measured both, and they ARE exactly the sizes they were advertised to be. I don't know why anyone is having trouble with them, BUT, you measure on the BACK of the frame, and you'll see they're exactly the advertised size. The puzzles, if they're the size the puzzle box claims they are, should have no trouble fitting in these frames. And I want to say too that I really like how these have a clear plastic sheet to go over the front of the puzzle.UPDATE: I have now put two puzzles in these frames. The first one was a little smaller than the frame size and fit without a problem. The second smaller puzzle did not fit at first, BECAUSE the puzzle was not the advertised size! The frame IS the correct size as claimed. The puzzle, however, was about an eighth of an inch bigger in both directions than the puzzle box claimed. I used sandpaper and shaved all four sides, and then it fit fine. So, before people criticize the frame's sizes, make sure your puzzle is ACTUALLY the size it is claimed! Don't just assume it is.

Wir haben lange gesucht und endlich gefunden.Wir haben dann bestellt aber leider Ramen war Defekt (Riss).Sofort die Rücksendung erledigt und das Geld wurde erstattet. Soweit in Ordnung.Gleich danach wir nochmals neu das gleiche bestellen wollten, mit der Hoffnung, dass es dies mal nicht Defekt ist.Aber dann wir habe enttäuscht gemerkte dass es neu 25 Euro teurer angeboten ist...

The first thing I noticed is how heavy and sturdy the frame is. It isn't just cheap and flimsy. It arrived already put together. I was glad to see the box was to be opened on the end, rather than across the face of the frame, because I would've been afraid of scratching the plexiglass with a cutting tool. The frame has a sheet of plexiglass, a black/white heavy paper for use as a border if the puzzle is under the full frame size.I was excited to get my puzzle framed and on the wall, but when I removed the outer plastic that it was sealed in, I was disappointed to find that a line I had seen was actually a big deep scratch in the plexiglass. It looks like it was the top sheet in a box and someone ran a cutter along the box scoring the top sheet. It's very visible even with the colors of the puzzle to mask it.My next disappointment was when the grand moment came to lay my puzzle in the frame. It didn't fit. The item description says, "MCS Frame for Puzzles, Black, 24 x 30 in or smaller." The box of my puzzle (White Mountain, so it is good quality) says it's 24 x 30. I should have just bought a frame from them. Theirs is more expensive, but they sell theirs for their puzzles, so I assume it would fit, or they'd not have such a good name in the puzzle industry.I do quite a few puzzles, and could make use of this frame for another, if only the plastic wasn't scratched. Such a disappointment, but such is the nature of online shopping.UPDATE: I did end up putting a smaller puzzle in this frame, even using the scratched plexiglass sheet. I just didn't want to go to all the trouble of shipping it back, and that seemed to be the only option with this company. If only they would just replace the scratched plexiglass with a new sheet, I'd be completely satisfied.
