No matter what I do, it falls down my leg. Don't recommend.

Finally! A thigh sleeve that actually works! You need the 3 straps. Take your time adjusting it standing up. After the straps are applied then adjust each one a little more snug. Adjust the outside straps first and then the middle strap. Does not slip at all if it’s on skin. In a 16 hour nursing shift, it did not budge! Five stars!

While this item is fine as far as quality, it just won't stay on the thigh where you wish it to stay. I've gotten around that by attaching it to pants and/or or shorts with a safety pin which works okay. I'm using it until I get surgery for a hernia that seems to affect the right leg in some way. May work for other ailments I suppose.

I have a few different thigh, hamstring wraps. Big issue is always getting them the stay put. While there is a good Velcro system for putting it on, there is no adhesion on the back. It immediately fell to my ankle. Also I have a rather small leg for a man, skinny, ( skipped leg day an lot) and this product barely went around the whole leg. It’s not worth the money. They’re on the right track but need to work out these issues. There are better products out there for the same price.

Ottima come tutti i prodotti McDavid . Si mantiene perfettamente sulla coscia nonostante il sudore e gli sforzi. Ha tenuto per 3 ore di tennis. Grande.

Well made Velcro could be a bit longer and maybe in one strip.

An old quad injury came back to haunt me playing inter-mural soccer. I had previously had a similar wrap and after reading all the reviews, decided this McDavid model was the way to go. Pros- perfect compression to prevent further injury, keeps the muscle warm, and has aided in healing of that muscle. Cons- your legs will get sweaty, sticks to most athletic shorts.Okay, so the cons are you're going to get sweaty, I'm using this for exercise, so I knew that would be a factor. I will say, if you don't get it on tight enough your sweat will cause this to slip. Put it on tight (tighter than you think) and it will stay put. I also make sure to get it as high up on my thigh and under my butt as I can. It really won't go anywhere if its tight. 2nd it sticks to the fabric of my shorts. It's kind of fuzzy, so I do have to constantly tug the hem down on my shorts. Kind of annoying, but not the end of the world.Overall, this is worth every penny for the reduction in pain and the support this provided for me. Highly Recommend.

I have some hip mobility issues and a hamstring scar, and bought this to provide some additional support when exercising. It's a very good product, the triple straps make it possible to modify the way it fits and help keep it in place. The only two limitations are that it's not very breathable, so my thigh gets hot and sweaty, and since it's only wrapped around the leg, rather than being attached to the waist, it can slide down a little. Otherwise it's a very good product.

I'll start this out by saying I have awful muscles, no they don't look bad and they work at times when I need them but I tend to pull them often (which is a whole other topic). This happened recently with my quad during a soccer game which set me in need of some support for it. About two weeks after the strain I got this thigh wrap and it gave my leg the stability I needed to comfortably continue to play. The velcro makes the wrap as tight as you need it which is key.Pros:- Adjustable, lets you get it as tight as you can- Easy to put on and use- Doesn't smell bad after use (you'll understand, with it wrapped tight you will sweat more with it)- Flat out does the jobCons:- Does slip which can really be annoying- Expect your leg to be sweaty from it, but thats inconsequential you are wearing the wrap to support your leg muscles not to be trendyTips:- For guys, wear a pair of boxer briefs, put this wrap on tight, then get compression shorts and put them over top of the brace. Might be more of a cost but the compression shorts will keep the wrap in place without it slipping at all and give you the extra support you need from the wrap.I would get it again, and at the moment only have one but have thought about getting another (again, bad muscles and the whole better to be safe than sorry.)

Bought this for help with a torn hamstring. I decided to pay a little extra for the velcro adjustable version so I could control the pressure exactly as I wanted. I'm very glad I did. This thigh sleeve is very easy to put on and adjust the pressure from slight to very tight. Also, since it's adjustable you can wear it over an underlayer or an ace bandage. One thing surprised me a bit, as I did not think I was prone to "dermatitis," but I did start to get very itchy after a couple hours of wearing it. Putting a paper towel between it and my skin fixed that without impacting performance. As with any sleeve I think, it may work it's way downward gradually as you wear it. But it's easy to slide back up or unstrap and refasten. I think this is another time where the velcro comes in quite handy.NOTE: The product differed slightly from the picture. Instead of a single thin band of velcro on the edge, it has three large square shaped velcro tabs that allow for fastening. This actually seems much easier to fasten and adjust than what is pictured, so a good improvement I would say.
