My niece only likes green cookies, so we have to buy green in a big bottle. It is hard to find in stores

This is a liquid, which is great if you are tinting a liquid or semi-liquid ( beer and ice cream! ). Gel colors are not recommended for liquid applications!

I needed some green food coloring for a project, but I was really concerned. Was green the right color? Green is the color associated with envy and greed. Kermit tells us that it's not easy being green. Green is the color of the light that every English teacher in America tells their students to write about when they read The Great Gatsby. There's just a whole lot of baggage when it comes to the color green. However, this particular food coloring was different. It was luxurious, rich, and decadent. Just a few drops of this elixir changed my dull, depressed, distasteful frosting into a green that even an Irish baker would use for a St. Patrick's Day treat. Forget seeing the world through rose-colored glasses; I wanted to look through spectacles of this greenish hue. Birds began to sing, wildlife flocked to my lawn, and Disney sent me a cease-and-desist order for bursting into an unnamed song when I saw this green. While I have saved the remainders of this precious bottle in a velvet-lined box guarded by a cursed dragon who has sworn himself to protect it, I cherish the memories of the first time my eyes beheld this greenish glory.
