The item concerned was listed to fit Chrysler-Force outboards, which are manufactured using the Inch (Imperial System) so the mounting pads should allow 1/4 Inch screws to pass through the mounting pads. But No Go. The pads are for a 5 or 6mm screw, Not used on these Outboards. The Manufactures should offer as a set the metric and imperial 1/4 In Mount inserts. Hà Ha..John M.
