Overall, these are a very good set of extension and hose pliers. The pliers have a good heft to them and an overall good build. I can thoroughly recommend this plier set as they will do their job well for working on vehicles or for that matter other household jobs as well.What I Like:- pliers have very good movement- quality is good, everything lines up well and there are no imperfections visible in the material - length of pliers is good for reaching- hose work is ok but could be better, but it could be me- price is right for a set like thisWhat I Would Like To Be Better:- handle grips could be a little longer and have more grip, but it is workableI would buy these again especially given the sets price and performance at doing a task.

The closure of these pliers have good tip alignment which is important to working with long nose pliers.Hinge functions without any discernable play. There is no side cutter function which I'm grateful for as these won't get abuse trying to misuse them for side cutters that can cause the pliers to distort making them virtually useless when the precision tips no longer align.Both the hose grip and long reach needle nose pliers in this set perform well and will help get you out of a pinch
