I normally like to give good reviews about products but I will say that these are just ok. The metal around the finger "holes" is a little thin and a little sharp around the edges. I am 6' 210lbs so my hands are what would call normal size. They fit ok but again they just have a cheap feel. The end that grasps the needle is also just a tiny bit "off" meaning that the two sides don't align exactly right. I am sure it could only be measured in thousands and I can feel the offset better than I can see it. I plan to use these to extract fish hooks when I am pan fishing so they will work fine for that. I am not disappointed, they are just about what I expected for the price and I don't think the fish will care as long as I can get the hook out as painlessly for them as possible.
