Très déçue de cet article qui n'offre pas une bonne étanchéité. L'air passe pendant le tirage et donc l'aspiration est considérablement affaiblie. Je ne peux pas tirer correctement mon lait avec cette téterelle.

The design for 19 mm and larger is perfect. The 18 mm and smaller has a tapered end and the connector has more difficult to clean and easier to break point of contact. This could be beneficial for ultra elastic nipples, but it mostly a duct pinching risk that lowers output. For 19 mm and larger, this is not the case.Also, please put these in a slightly bigger box. Both times I end up with a warped edge on at least one of the flanges. I prefer these to the Nenesupply because off more sizing options and the bigger surface area. Shame the design is different.

These saved my nipples and made pumping so much more productive and pain free!!! I almost didn't buy them, but I'm sooooooo glad I did. They made all the difference in the world! The smallest ones that came with my pump made me hurt and bleed. These cured all of those issues and since they were the correct size and fit, I produced more milk and pumped more efficiently.If you're on the fence, debating whether to buy them or to just stick with what you have, I urge you get them for yourself. You'll be glad you did. Your nipples will be glad you did. We go through enough pain as it is, give your nipples a break where you can lol... They deserve it, YOU deserve it.

I am a first time mom and I pumped exclusively for the first two months of feeding. I was using the standard flanges that came with my medela pump in style kit (24mm) and was getting decent oz output but it would take an hour minimum of pumping. The lactation consultant (LC) at the hospital did not advise me to switch flange sizes so I kept trucking with the 24mm. However, I spoke with a different LC about my experience and she completely changed the game for me. Though I wasn’t experiencing pain, which seemed to be a common red flag to investigate flange sizing, I wanted to see if there was a way to get milk outputs in a more time effective manner. After a thorough evaluation, she recommended that I size down in flanges to 18mm. I was skeptical of buying it at first, 1. because it was a virtual assessment and 2. I didn’t want to dump any more money into products that weren’t going to be truly helpful to my pumping journey. But its all trial and error so I went ahead and placed an order with my fingers crossed. After the first pump session, it made a noticeable difference. Getting the proper flange size helped me get the same amount of milk output that I was getting, in just half the time. Being able to cut the time down has meant so much to me, I get to spend more time holding my baby or doing other things around the house. I also believe the circular cup shape of this flange, in comparison to the oval-like shape of the medela one’s I had, better suited my rounder breasts. Which thinking more on it, it makes sense that different breast shapes are better suited by different flange shapes— it’s like bras. Now I haven’t had the product for long so I cannot comment on its durability but I will update my review if the product doesn’t withstand for a period of time. However, I am happy with my purchase so far. I would totally recommend meeting with a LC if you’re having any milk output issues. They might be able to help. Good luck!

Ordered to use with my rented Medela Symphony as the description states it is compatible. It is not. The tubing doesn’t fit the adapter so ultimately this is a complete waste of money. Cannot contact seller or request refund. Don’t waste your time or money.

Necesitaba un adaptador para el sacaleches de Medela. Ya que el estándar me funcionó puntualmente al inicio de la lactancia pero pasado el tiempo los pechos disminuyen y por urgencia tenía que sacarme más leche. A los 10 meses de mi bebé no me salía nada de leche con el estándar y gracias a este adaptador he podido hacerlo.
