These flanges are compatible with my Spectra S1 pump. I love that I can buy the exact size I need after my lactation consultant measures me. Your flange size can change as you go further from childbirth, so these offer an economical and easy way to change your flange size.

This is exactly what I need and I much prefer it than to use flange insert with 24mm. It’s one less extra gadget to wash. I’m usually using 15 or 17mm flange inserts so this works. I like that it’s clear and you can see what’s going on as well. I often misalign portable pumps and pump nothing after half an hour.

Quand je l'ai reçu, Il m'a paru vraiment plus petit que le 16 mm que j'utilisais jusque là. Testé ce matin et c'est parfait. Identique au spectra. Pratique de pouvoir n'en acheter qu'un si l'on n'est pas sûre de la taille ou si on a juste un sein plus petit que l'autre !

These flanges were a fantastic purchase! I need a flange size that was smaller than any of the options offered by Spectra, and I initially was worried about buying off brand flanges. I needn't have worried. They are AWESOME!Not only do I now have flanges that actually fit me, but they work great at efficiently pumping out my milk, and I've been getting great milk output with them. I have used them with the Spectra S1 and also with my Pumpables Genie Advanced pump, and they work great with both.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. These are my favorite flanges to pump with. I love that I don’t have to add in a different flange size insert and I have had no issues with it and I use it multiple times a day.

I stressed a lot about what to buy when I realized I needed smaller sizes than what came with my spectra. These worked great, and Ester House is the American seller so I felt comfortable that I wasn’t getting some random knockoff.

This brand was recommended by my lactation consultant after she measured me and I came up way smaller than the set that came with my Motif Luna.I was also pleasantly surprised they worked just fine because the flange is for nipple size only but I am a VERY small breasted lady so I wasn’t sure it would work properly. IT DID!What I liked most about these flanges is that you can buy in even sizes as well, many other makers only sell the flanges in odd mm sizes. When the lactation consultant measured me I measured in an even size, so I got both the 15mm and the 16mm. I stuck with the smaller 15mm only because that’s what she had and it worked for me then and worked when I got these so I still haven’t even tried the 16mm as I didn’t have issues and got adequate output.They look just like the ones that came with the Motif Luna but are still easy to tell apart since they have the company logo on the side and most importantly, if you look inside the flange they have the size at the back, I included a picture of this.One thing I do recommend that was suggested by my lactation consultant, some coconut oil so you don’t rub the ladies raw. Skin rubbing back and forth on plastic is going to get chapped, ask me how I know! Just a small dab of coconut oil rubbed on the nipple/areola was all it took for this to go as smoothly as possible (pun intended).Cleaning - I was also recommended to get a bucket/sponge specifically for pump parts. I dump them in there with as hot a water as I can get from the sink and let them soak a bit with some soap then I get them a good wash. For his first 2 months I boiled them at the end of the day as well for 5 minutes and they survived this harsh washing coming out as good as new.

Nope nope nope. I pumped almost nothing on one side and couldn’t figure out the issue. 4 oz on right and 0.5 oz on left. Then I realized I was using one of these and the size of the opening for nipple is noticeably bigger. Even a half mm makes a big difference.I would stay away from this brand. This is the second Spectra replacement part I’ve bought from them and neither was of good quality.

Great quality! Stronger plastic than original Spectra flanges. So happy this size was available in Canada through Amazon as I was suffering with blisters. Fast shipping. Very pleased with this! Glad I ordered 2 sets!
