I have a built in homework desk in a hallway that doesn't get any natural light. While I have good recessed lights my upstairs hallway wraps around in a big loop. So for me to turn on the two lights over this desk I also have to turn on like 6 others. So I was looking for some adjustable under cabinet lights to light up this workspace. These work great and I like that I got the adjustable temp range ones to shift the color temp from warm to daylight as my eyes need. The tracks are very slim and low profile. Low enough profile that they but up to the lip under my cabinets and that lip blocks the LED's so you are not getting the light or glare directly in your eyes as you sit. So that was a very unexpected bonus. The package includes double sided tape for the tracks and adhesive loops for the cabling. It also includes metal brackets for the strips you can screw in and snap the track into. I used the double sided tape and it's working very well. The include remote has all the adjustments for brightness, color temp, and even a shutoff timer.The strips come in 3 sections with each one having a push in connector to daisy chain them together.The only downside is that at full brightness they are just a little to dim for focused task work like reading small text with older eyes. But the color temp adjustment helps with this a bit. If they were say 20% brighter they would be a full 5 stars!

I purchased this for my kitchen to replace the under cabinet lights which didnt work and were very outdated. I like the fact you can make it 1,2, or 3 lights strung together. It is NOT modular in the fact that each unit is designed to work as a unit. You cannot for example only use 2 lights then use the third somewhere else.That being said, for ~$15 they are inexpensive enough to just purchase another. I ended up purchasing 3 of these units for multiple cabinet lengths and just used an oscillating tool to trim a "pass through" between the cabinets for the wire so it stays hidden.They also provide cable clips to hide the wires and attach them with adhesive to either the under cabinet surface or I also use them on the wall to make sure the wire to the outlet is where i want it to be.It is very easy to mount the lights to the surface with the included screw in clips. They did also include mounting tape, but since I had wooden cabinets, I trust that more so decided to use that instead.It does have a physical button to press as well as remote control. I dont really use anything other than the standard "on" option ,but they do exist. The other nice thing is that since they are all the same frequency and use the same remote, you can control multiple units with a single remote.Overall I am very impressed with this unit and even purchased on for under my desk in my office. I would recommend this light to anyone.

I bought these for by garage workshop. Mount below cabinets. The box is packed with clips, double-backed tape, screws and all you need for a variety of installations. Everything is included and the mounting was super easy. I mounted all 6 in a 5' opening. They are SUPER thin. Note: they need to be near an outlet for the included transformer plug. Did I mention they are uber thin??They offer a variety of brightness. You can even use a timer with the included remote. Honestly the number options are rather crazy. For the price it's a really good deal.I was on the fence about 5-stars because of my use, but they deliver what they say. I would have liked more brightness and these come up a little short for my intended purpose. It's not the fault of the product. As I said I was looking for workshop brightness. My eyes are not what they used to be. As you can see from the pictures, they work OK, but my bench is a little dark and I was looking for more intensity.If you are looking for ambiance lighting or under-cabinet kitchen lighting, these should be fine. They can easily hide behind the smallest of cabinet edges. It's a good product.
