Purtroppo ritengo che sia alquanto inutile come museruola, in quanto per cani piccoli quali i Chihuahua, non prevengono l'apertura della bocca e quindi sono comunque in grado sia di abbaiare, o ancor peggio mordere.

These were too small for my dog. If you order one, get a size larger than you think.

i and the vet was very impressed with it. I had bought one before from a different place but the snout was to big on the muzzle even though the size was right. but this one was a perfect fit.

I have a 3.5 pound Yorkie and this fits absolutely perfect and so comfortable for him. It even comforts and calms him to where he just wants to lay down and cuddle up

It’s nice that it doesn’t get close to the eyes like others

I went off the sizes in the picture for my older shih tzu and it’s far too small. Doesn’t even fit my for shih tzu puppy

I purchased two as I have 2 Yorkie pups. One started barking for no reason and the other showed interest in chewing on things not appropriate. For our little barker, I would show him the muzzle and place it on him for a few minutes. He would quiet down immediately and then I would take it off. Did that a few times daily. Now, he is more controlled with his barking and is using his barks to signal of something important. Use it for him every so often when needed. I would basically do the same with the chewing pup, she has lessen her desire a little and it seems to be working but slower for her, we’ve incorporating new chew toys and more fetch playtime. I can see how the muzzle will come in handy for when needed. We just don’t leave it on them for very long. We purchased the smallest size and it works fine for both of them with the adjustable strap. So far, no reaction to material just a little annoyed and at times when removed they like to rub their faces in their soft beds. At times they’ve gotten a hold of the muzzle and tossed it around or tried to take it off of each other, it’s durable and they definitely have enough room for it to be breathable and doesn’t seem to prevent them from breathing and such.

Found the need for this as our old girl is getting more snappy and aggressive with our younger dog. Really hate it as I hate muzzles in general but it serves a purpose even as a deterrent.

I wad so sad that I had to muzzle my pup when I gave him his eye med. He has dry eyes, he needs medication life long, but he was okay in this muzzle and it fits his short nose perfectly! After about 2 months he stopped needing the muzzle and he’s no longer biting/attacking during his meds! If you struggle with this too, I recommend showing your dog the muzzle, give a treat, put it on, give meds, take it right off and give another treat and really make it a posative experience. That worked for us and now we don’t even need the muzzle anymore!!

I looked all over Amazon't website to find a muzzle for my small Yorkie tfor grooming purposes only as he gets very anxious & snaps at me.& a professional groomer. Most of the muzzles I found on the website did not suggest for Yorkies as apparently, they are short snouted dogs. I found this one & measured his snout, ordered it & it was delivered within a few days. I put it on him, adjusted the strap & buckle. as per directions. He allowed it because he was surprised. After 3 minutes he put his left front paw under the strap & pushed it over his head & that was that. Apparently, this does not work well for dogs that have ears that point up & are very smart at escaping. Perhaps it might work on floppy eared dogs. The other issue I had was that I wanted a muzzle that covered more of his snout. This was jsut too small a muzzle on the snout for my needs. I'm still trying to find one that is humane but doesn't allow him to escape from it and I can groom him without getting bitten. That's the only time he tries to bite. Other than grooming he's more of a lover!
