My ten year old daughter asked for a bean bag for Christmas so I bought her this. It is enormous & my daughter is tall. Very cute & comfortable.

Believe what some of the other posters have written, this thing has uncomfortable chunks for foam, it sits much lower to the ground than pictured, and it has a funny smell.If you want to return it, you have to somehow get it back in the box, and this thing came shrink wrapped and shrunk 50% of its size. I’m trying everything I can to get it shrunk enough to get it back in the box.

Love how comfortable and soft the chair is. It’s very spacious, takes up a good amount of space. Very easy to position, it needs time to stretch and requires fluffing. It’s heavy in weight.Mine came with a small tear at the top back of the chair, which I sewed back together.I also think the price is a bit high but it’s still great chair. Highly recommend.

It's comfy. But as it's expanding take the time to fluff it. You'll feel the inside clumps of memory foam...try to break them apart as much as you can. And shake it hard from all angles. Once you do this, it fills out better and you don't feel large lumps when you sit on it. You can, however, feel the the lumps of foam when you sit on it and it's comfy but you are definitely aware of the foam squares, unlike a the "smooth" feeling of a traditional beanbag. Photos are before and then after 6 hours so still have time to go. Color ordered is called Dark Gray, but you can see from pics it's more medium to light gray. It is quite heavy and not easy to move around.

If you were to ask me how I feel about this chair, I would say it's pretty great. But if you were to ask me on a deeper level... I would say this is the most comfortable chair I've ever had the pleasure of sitting on. It is literally one of my prized possessions. Everyone who comes to my house fights over who gets to sit in it, and then they rave about how cute AND comfortable it is. Overnight guests literally ask if they can sleep on it, and our cat does sleep on it, constantly. It feels like being cradled in the giant arms of a friendly yeti.Okay, but for real, this chair is exactly what I was looking for! I like to curl up while reading. I knew I wanted something big and cushy for my reading chair, but I still needed some back support, so I wasn't craning my neck or having to hold my book up to read. This chair is perfect for that! It's seriously like a cozy little nest. I have fallen asleep sitting in it multiple times (hence the embarrassing photo my husband took).Literally no matter how you sit in it, it's comfortable. Upright, sideways, even upside down, haha. I usually sit sideways so I can tuck my legs up. The back is supportive even when it's pulled away from the wall, and it has stayed sturdy in the 4 months we've owned it. After a while, the seat does start to sag, like any beanbag. We just flip it over and leave it upside down overnight when that happens, which works like a charm. The faux fur is so soft, and it doesn't have that icky microfiber feeling. Also, our cat's fur doesn't cling to it, and it seems to wipe clean just fine.The chair came vacuumed sealed and expanded pretty quickly, but it probably took about 2 days to fully fluff up. We beat it up a bit to break up the foam chunks, which helped. It did have a smell for a couple days, which aired out. Because of the way this chair is designed, you can't remove the cover to wash it, but that hasn't been an issue for us yet (even with a baby).Overall, I'm obsessed with this chair and I highly recommend it for fidgety readers, or anyone looking for a super cozy chair!

This chair is SO comfortable. It comes vacuum sealed, so when you first take it out of the package it needs time to settle and is a bit lumpy. I just fluffed it until it expanded and it settled nicely. I sat on it before it fully fluffed so the seat dips quite a bit (more like a bean bag) which is what I prefer. It is so soft, cozy, and it is actually way bigger than I thought which is a plus. Perfect for curling up to read or watch movies. Big enough for two to cuddle up on as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Only con is that it does smell REALLY BAD. Smelled like fish or some kind of chemical. I sprayed it with Febreeze and the smell has gone away with time.
