The bag itself is super comfy when layed out into a bed. It’s great for snuggling on to watch movie night. Not sure I could sleep on it for a full night as the chunks of memory foam seem to squeeze out from underneath and you sink closer to the floor as time passes. In bag form, it’s almost too full for my taste because you don’t really sink in too far so it’s hard to feel like your neck and shoulders are supported, even for my kids. It did get about a 5 inch rip in the seam after only having it for a week (and we were gone on a trip for part of that time) so that was a bummer. But I reached out to the company and they issued a full refund with no hassle. I really appreciated such thoughtful customer service!! I would buy again just because I feel that this company has integrity and cares about their customers. Th whole time it took for me to reach out to them and correspond a couple of times, and then receive a refund was less than two days. You just don’t see that very often anymore. I’m not a seamstress but I’m hoping my mom can stitch the hole up and fix the bag. I may pull out some of the stuffing before she does and see if that makes it easier to sink into. I’m sorry the product itself doesn’t have stronger stitching, but 5 stars for customer service!

Absolutely worth the money and would buy again. It’s super comfy and the full size one is big enough for me (5’9”) to sit and lounge comfortably on it. When it’s fully open as a bed it’s super comfy and has plenty of stuffing. I let it expand for about an hour before laying on it and it was great. The cover is super soft; there’s a cover for the bean bag that unzips and a cover over the bed that does not come off. The bean bag cover doubles as a little blanket when you have the bed out. I’ve had it for about two weeks and no complaints so far.

Loved it when we gave it to our daughter for Christmas.... Within 2 months of not even using it regularly, there is a hole in the actual bean bag portion, and in the cover. Foam is everywhere. Definitely not happy. You can see it coming unsewn. Spent way too much money for it to be like that already. Highly annoyed.

After initially experiencing an issue with the seam on my MaxyoyoHome bean bag, I reached out to their customer service, and I have to say, they handled the situation well. Now that I have a fully functional bean bag, I can confidently say this thing is incredibly comfortable—like sinking into the fluff of my favorite pillow, but on a much larger scale. Whether used as an oversized bean bag or a spacious bed, it offers great value for the price. It’s become a go-to spot for lounging, and I appreciate the company standing behind their product. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for a versatile and cozy piece of furniture.

So I got this for my boyfriend to sleep on when he comes over because it’s more comfy than an air mattress but not as expensive as an actual mattress. When expanded it’s the size of a double bed, does well when you put sheets/comforter, retains its shape (does not make an indention in the foam with use), and is so so comfortable. Easily could be someone’s permanent bed. I always keep it expanded so I have no review on what it’s like in bean bag configuration. Would highly recommend to someone on a budget looking for a mattress or someone looking for an extra guest mattress. It’s big and heavy so would not recommend for something that you need moved around a lot/camping/transported to and fro in a car. That is the only quality that I think an air mattress has over this—compactability and ease of transport.

We searched and searched and finally found one big enough and that came with stuffing. Teens, adults, even my husband at 6'4 sat on it and loved it. Everyone loves this bean bag and wants one once they lay or sit on it. It is so comfy! It's amazing how they squished this into a box, and it was a heavy box, but after a day of airing out and allowing it to expand, which is huge, it was ready to use. I highly recommend for teens and adults. It's worth every penny!

I've updated my review because of the EXCEPTIONAL customer service from the seller. While I still cannot give this 5 stars due to the issues in my original review, I'm confident that 4 stars is a fair review. I'm fairly certain the product I received was a defect. As I previously stated, the comfort is exceptional. I'd advise to open in a garage our covered porch due to the smell, and avoid the beige in case the color is actually just depicted poorly in the photos.---I'm torn on the star rating. The bed itself is AMAZING! However, the SMELL is beyond words. It's like chemicals and feces got together and sat around in a warehouse for several years before finally mating and having this bed as a baby.I'm assuming it's from the foam and will air out, but the inner lining is impossible to remove. The bed comes inside the "chair" cover and unzips easily, but the cover on the bed itself can't be opened because the zipper tab is missing. Not sure how I can wash this.My biggest issue is the color, which is why the star rating is so low.I ordered "beige", which is a creamy white in the images. However, this bed it pink. I know it's not the wrong color, because it's a very pale baby pink, but I can't tell if this is a return (it's almost tie dyed looking), a manufacturing issue, or just inaccurate pictures.The foam appears to be blue and another warm color, but I can't unzip to see if maybe it's the color of the foam showing through. The chair outer cover is significantly more pink than the bed cover.Even though they offer free returns, the bed is gigantic. I happen to have a large enough box that I could possibly fit it back into, but I wouldn't be able to get it to UPS easy. It's heavy!If the manufacturer would ship another beige chair cover (even the brown one to avoid another pink cover), I'd be willing to keep the bed. I'm attempting to wash the outer cover in the hopes I can get it lighter, but I don't have high hopes.I'm super disappointed because the quality of the bed is great, but the color is incredibly deceiving.
