"Works better than others I've tried"
The larger foam tubes are much better for those of us with sizable gaps under their doors. I had all kinds issues with the more standard sizes draft stoppers because the tubes would tend to get squeezed under the gap, preventing the door from moving further. No problem with this one.

I had a large gap at the bottom of my entry door Their is also another door in the closet that leads to the attic. It's winter right now and large amounts of cold comes from under the door. I installed the draft stopper and it has made a huge difference.

Needed something to block the light and noise from entering our baby girls bedrooms. Super easy installation and does exactly what we needed it to do. Baby sleeps great and the product looks good too. Door closes easily, just wish it was quieter when shutting it.

Sure it blocks out light from my toddler’s room but the scratchy sound it makes when I close the door after he finally falls asleep just wakes him back up….

These are great for the price, it does the job perfect for my kiddos rooms when they go to bed at night, it seals it pretty good. No noise nor light seen from inside of the room!

It installs easily, and can be shortened if you cut it and close the velcro case more tightly. The velcro strip is long specifically for this purpose. That is a nice design.My only gripe is that the "MAXTID" logo with draft stopper text is printed on the clear tape used for joining foam pieces, and that shows right through the white velcro case. If you get a darker color, it is probably not an issue. But they could just not print the logo on the tape. It goes inside the case anyway. This is a bad design.Of course I can solve this myself as well by using packing tape or something.

I thought that this would come assembled, so I wasn’t expecting to have to do arts and crafts to get it together. But it is convenient to size it exactly to your door. I have an older home where every size is wonky. The foam cut easily, and it took about maybe a total of five minutes. It does keep noise from traveling through the gap below the door, my main reason for buying it. It is efficient in reducing draft. I’m not constantly opening this door- it’s a jack and Jill style- so I can’t attest to it being annoying if it’s a main door but I can’t see it being convenient.

Bought this to block light from under my infant son's door. It does the job it's designed to do. However, the material used seems to be a type of nylon which is very loud when brushing against a hardwood floor. It's woken my son up twice now after we put him in the crib and tried to leave the room. A cloth material would be much better, so this will be returned.
