Thin and clear. Works well for data backups and such. Not much room for liner notes, but didn't really expect it with slim cases. It's enough for a single panel cardstock liner tho. Good value for bulk slim cases!

I transfer 8mm camcorder tapes to DVD as a side-business -- I've done hundreds. My finished DVD is always packaged in a safe protective case. This product (Maxtex Ultra-Thin DVD/CD case) is of very good quality, consistency, and I'm proud to say I'm a repeat buyer. I've opened and closed hundreds of these cases, and they are very reliable. They come shipped in a box of 100 (2 rows of 50 each) in a heavy cardboard box. UPS, FED-EX, even the post office has not delivered any box that had a damaged product. I'm sold. My go-to for a good case.

These are as I expected them to be - adequate storage for CD/DVD's. These are not the robust CD "Jewel Cases" of my youth nor did I expect them to be. All arrived without damage. They open and close fine for me but I do take care handling them as they are not heavy duty.
