We ordered this amazing whiteboard after seeing it at a friends’ home. We absolutely love this whiteboard - its layout, design and the size. It can be flipped on other side with great ease.While putting it together, we noticed the small packet for eraser and markers was missing. We contacted the vendor via the email ID they had provided on a printout in the original packing.We were very surprised with a very quick response to the email, they asked for the product number and few other details. Within a few hours, they issued a small refund to the account as this small packet couldn’t be sent separately.We have been very very pleased with the product and their outstanding customer service. When we contacted the vendor via email id, we hadn’t anticipated getting such a quick response and lightning fast turnaround time.We would buy more products from this vendor in near future.

This board is nice and you definitely need two people to put it together to hold it in place. My son uses this for his intense math subjects and he loves it. It’s two sided and comes with markers and magnets. It’s also portable so it’s very convenient.

I wrote a review before I saw this company does in fact advertise this board is in two pieces, so if you're not aware of that be aware of that.First the pros:Cost effectiveIt's lightweight so if you have to move it it should move just be careful with the two piece board, the board is held together by some tiny screws that seem like they might have a tendency to strip out.The Board was very easy to put togehter and it came with plenty of spare screwsNote (the longer screws are already screwed into the longer pieces so you have to take them out)Lastly, the company really stands behind the product so if you have an issue contact them and they will help you.Cons:The construction seems a bit flimsy overall

Edit: I was able to contact the vendor and they walked me through the assembly. There was one step that was different than what’s in the video but after they pointed it out the assembly was easy. They reply readily. The only reason it’s a 4/5 stars was because I had to message them about an issue, and even then I would still recommend the whiteboard. I got the 72x36inches.The metal pieces that came with my order are too small. I am not able to assemble the rolling base because the pieces don’t fit each other.
